Doc's Shake Shoppe — Restaurant in Parma

Ever since they built and moved to the new building in the back of the lot it's just not the same. Mainly the prices, I understand inflation and it's not going to be the same pricing as when I was a kid, but it seems as if we are paying for the new building.

We (the customer) didn't need the fancy new building as we aren't allowed inside to eat or order. It's even in the back so far off the main road, I'm pretty sure you ruined your chance of gaining new customers passing by because there is no sign. I don't understand the move and the high prices of the ice cream are now comparable or even more than Dairy Queen.

You guys do have awesome ice cream and decent service, and the main reason my parents took me there 3 times a week as a kid was because of the unbeatable prices. Something that is no longer offered.

Asked to take one of their menus back to the table since we are a group of 8 and you can only see the menu right at the windows for ordering. The boy working said it was okay. Then the manager comes out a few minutes later upset we had the menu. "Others needed it". We were the only group there at the time and we asked if we could take it earlier...?
