I used to order Guys a lot when I lived here 8 years ago, so I wanted see if it is still as good as I remember. I ordered a pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno guyzone (my old order) with some breaded mushrooms and dirty chips. The guyzone was great fresh, although it could use a toaster oven or quick bake if left for a while. However the ingredients were top notch and the dough was a beautiful, buttery gold. I hadn't had the mushrooms before, but they were unique and tasty. Instead of small button mushrooms fried whole, these were sliced and then fried into a "T" shape. This allowed them to cook through better and eat much easier than a traditional fried whole mushroom. In addition, it dipped and paired well with their marinara. As for the chips...they nearly drove me insane. They said "Cajun bbq" as the flavor for the dirty chips, and that is definitely not what I got. I think they mixed up their Cajun spice and their cinnamon sugar because they were very sweet and tasted almost exactly like a Taco Bell cinnamon twist. I called to see if they used cinnamon in the spice and they said no, but the taste might be brown sugar. I agreed it could be and maybe I am just cracked this week. I couldn't let it go though. So I drove up to the store (the original order was delivery) and ordered another batch. The employees were really friendly and the manager or owner was really nice to talk to. Up on leaving I tried them again. They were lightly seasoned with dried pepper seasonings and tasted distinctly of brown sugar. They were fantastic and exactly what I was expecting from them. Imagine my horror when I imagined their "Cajun spice" was cinnamon sugar. I ate most of both anyway and did not complain because I got what I wanted: those not-quite-as-sweet, smokey dirty chips. 5 stars if not for the mishap.

Worst experience I’ve ever received from a pizza shop. I asked for extra chz and extra sauce, As you see the pizza on the right is the mistake and the one on the left is the remake. You can OBVIOUSLY see the difference. They did not deliver the old or new pizza in a delivery bag. And the employee I first talked with told me that it’s MY opinion (the CUSTOMERS) opinion on how much extra chz and sauce there is. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am a GM for Master pizza. I KNOW what extra chz and sauce looks like and should be looking like. Very unacceptable and terrible customer service. They will be lucky if I order from them again and I like trying new pizza places but this by far is the worst

Loved the pizza, reminds me of the NY style I grew up on living in eastern PA 5/5. The cheesesteak was not as good imho. Cheesesteaks are personal preference and although the meat was good and the bun was good it wasn’t what I like. It’s hard to get a good cheesesteak outside the east coast, but I can only subtract 1 star based on my personal preference not cook or ingredient 4/5. I didn’t care for the fries, they were pale and tasteless with a gritty mouthfeel 2/5. I’m a pizza customer for life and would not dissuade anyone from their cheesesteak either.

A friend recently told me she had pizza here while attending the St. Charles festival and said the pizza was very good. Although I have a go to pizza joint I am always open to new places so we placed an order for pickup. Staff was busy but cordial. Food was ready upon arrival and I was in and out in about 3 minutes. I ordered a small deluxe pizza, a basket of fries due to a review I read here about how good the fries were. And finally a chicken quesadilla for variety. Overall the experience was very average at best. Upon arriving home we unpacked and plated everything. It was a 10 minute ride home and everything needed go be reheated. The pizza was the best item and it was average or slightly below average. The quessadilla was very poor. The fries were below average. The pizza toppings were very inconsistent, half the pizza had sausage half had very little. There were miscellaneous clumps of onions, and hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms. It seemed as though pizza was thrown together by a teen age employee with very little training. I as a whole was disappointed and will most likely not be back. There are way too many good pizza places to spend my hard earned $ on average or below average offerings. I am sorry if I seem harsh but I was excited when I was told by a friend of her experience because this plce is close by and convenient but unfortunately not to the standard I am...

2021 : They've become my go-to since moving. Excellent pizza and wings...every style I've tried. They also have an expansive menu that I've barely touched base with, but everything has been good. The staff is top notch. I did get a messed up pizza with delivery, but it was do to construction that it was a slow delivery. They more than made up for the issue, and the delivery driver even bought me a soda when he saw me in the shop. The pizza reheats great as well.... Make sure to get extra for leftovers. Lots of toppings, good sauce and good crusts, speedy service, great staff=my returned business 2 or more times a month (pizza Fridays). I feed 4 different people with different preferences, and it has become all of our favorite even with there being a dozen options in the range....all of which we've tried.

Update 2022: I have had minor issues here and there, but they always come through. Guyzones are great. Wings are crispy. Pizza has been a little hit and miss lately, but again they come through if there is an issue and try to make a customer happy. ...
