Called in a to go order. Came to pick it up all the way from jasper. Got the order and realized my sandwich was wrong. I called back up there, and she asked if I wanted to remake it. I said yes. I get there and she said that it would be a while if I wanted it remade because he had other orders in front of mine… so how does that make sense? You mess up a sandwich and instead of putting it at front of the line to fix… you do every other order you have first… therefore I not only waited 30 minutes the first time I ordered but I waited another 45 minutes when I got back to restaurant for you to remake my order that...

They are super nice, I call to get my food to go for work and no matter who takes my order or gives me my food they're all friendly. I've had no complaints about the food, the days I stop there my coworkers can smell it and ask what I got from there this time. The one that usually makes everyone jealous is the Philly cheese steak sub. They have a hot bar that stops at 1 but I've called and they've made me a plate and put it up bc I don't leave for work until 2 so they're accommodating. The food items I've tried I've enjoyed, they were delicious so I would recommend...

The ladies are nice. BUT.I wanted to get food, but as I sat in my car in front of place I watched them prepare someone's order, saw them talk on phone, write down orders, fix her hair, get items from freezer, wipe counter with her hands and not once did I see her wash her hands, no gloves, no hair nets, turned my stomach, don't know how the food taste, lost my appetite when I saw all of this.
