We stopped in today (monday 6-12-23) for lunch. There was a young man behind the register. He was taking orders from the people walking in (very busy) answering the phone and taking to go orders, getting the to go orders ready and handing out and ringing up the to go orders, delivering the orders to the people in the restaurant , checking on the people eating and delivering the to go orders they had purchased and trying to clear tables while still waiting on the people who walked in the door and answering the phone and getting more to go orders ready. The people in the back were talking and constantly looking out the window "glaring" at this young man while he waited on the people waiting to order and the phone ringing and the dirty tables etc.. They also made a point of walking out of the kitchen to the bathrooms, stopping, looking at the line and dirty tables etc. and again "glaring" at this young man. Even my husband noticed and made a comment. I went to the kitchen and asked for the manager. The woman in back said there was none available (perhaps this is why there was no TEAM work today) I made a point of telling them what a GREAT job this young man was doing and asked them to tell the manager. She smile. NOT SURE IF YOU RECEIVED MY COMPLIMENT. (and for the first time the food, with 2 of them in the back was ok. NOT great like it usually is. Perhaps they were too busy with their conversation and "glaring" at this young man instead of helping? And he did all of this with a smile and concern for your guests! Kudos to...
Read morePrater's taters in Parsons Tennessee. Quite a catchy name. It's right on the main road south of downtown. They're in a little strip mall shopping area. It's a new clean well paved parking lot. They do have a handicap ramp entrance. You go up to the counter and on the wall behind them is the menu. You tell the person at the counter what you want and pay. They did bring my food to my table but they weren't busy. I found the price a little high for a baked potato with toppings. But it was delicious and it is very large. The food came out fast and it was hot. They have cute little Potato Head figures to play with on the tables. There were few flies that bothered us while we were eating. But I enjoyed myself and enjoyed my potato. most potatoes are about $8. It was my first time here and I will probably come back again. If you like my review leave...
