Well to start off I don’t know his name, but our server was awesome, however I ordered the salmon and it came out completely chopped up in pieces! When I brought this to the attention of the server I said I don’t want it remade and I’ll just keep the sides, but I would have to pay for them which about three or so dollars cheaper than the whole dish, an older blonde manager made an appearance and was simply not fit for the title of manager at all, how are you gonna tell me we can remake the whole plate, but you still have to pay full price? I have to spare my time which is also valuable by the way to wait another 15 minutes for a simple dish to be prepared? She should just be a server and never allowed to handle a complaint again, she lacks all decorum a manger should have in every aspect of “trying to be one.” When a restaurant makes a mistake you’re supposed to take care of the customer not treat them like a money sign. I’m sure you’ll be fine losing three or so dollars in actual food cost making a customer feel wanted instead of feeling like it’s just your job. I know everyone says this and they are probably full of it, but I’ve been a chef for 20 years, never have I seen a more money hungry place that doesn’t care that the customer had a bad experience, you’re telling me if I try the food and it’s bad I still gotta pay for it, I didn’t know parsons had so many comedians. On a whole different topic a young entitled nozzle came in without shoes seated right next to us and instead of asking him to leave or put on shoes they asked us to move tables. I think Juan needs to get control of these people that work for him and realize that no matter what at the end of the day we’re just people asking for what we ordered and as the old saying goes the customer is always right, but instead at this establishment the customer is only as good as the money in their wallet. Bad form all around you all should really tighten up and stop acting like the people don’t matter. Again our server was awesome, the one star is for the blonde lady who should have just stayed a server of trying to be something she could never be which is someone who respects the customers instead of treating them like just another check...
Read moreMy husband and I came here from S.C. to visit family, and hands down we both wholeheartedly agree that this is the BEST Mexican cuisine we've ever had! And so ornately and beautifully decorated! The chairs are the best! We couldn't decide on what to get because everything sounded so divine, the menu offered both the typical Mexican cuisine, but so much more as well! The options were amazing. Their dinner menu is literally a book! I chose the Pollo Mexicano (grilled chicken breast with grilled onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, topped with cheese sauce, served over rice and beans). And my husband chose the Pollo Inca (grilled chicken breast with mushrooms and bacon, topped with cheese sauce served over rice and beans). We had to share when they arrived because they both looked and tasted AMAZING! And the portions were plentiful. Still even, we both had to clean our plates. We couldn't let a drop of that goodness go to waste! Later at home, we were kicking ourselves for not having any leftovers! I told my daughter and son-in-law that we WILL be eating here everytime we come and visit...
Read moreWe had to wait for a seat, and wait to check out. The server walked away while my husband tried to order an appetizer. They were possibly short- staffed last night, but our server seemed like he was in a hurry. He almost looked disappointed when we ordered dessert. The food tasted pretty good, to be honest, BUT when we were on our way home my stomach started to hurt terribly, and I needed to use a couple different public restrooms as we were kinda far from home (Parsons). Next thing you know, I'm at home freezing uncontrollably, but I don't have a fever. I then vomited so violently (several times). My throat still hurts this morning. I was fine ALL day until after eating in this establishment. I had the Fiesta Fajitas. Maybe it was just the shrimp, but regardless, I can't say I ever want to go back to...
