Owner is Middle Eastern who has not adapted to the American culture, nor have they trained their employees of common practices. I order 5 caramel apple kolaches. The worker is putting them all in a bag, stacked on top of each other. I express my dismay at all the kolaches being stacked on top with the bottom portion now covered in the apple and caramel of the one below it. This is not proper for me to take to the office, expecting people to have kolaches so messy they can't properly eat them at work. I asked the girl if she thought it was a good idea to stack all the kolaches on top so that people will have fruit mashed on the bottom. Her lack of common sense told her to keep adding them to the bag instead of stopping at kolache 3 and getting a box. Nope. I bag full of mess is what I got. Why go back? The owner hates it when you bring in a coupon, so he changed the coupon to where no one uses it.

We have been eyeing this place for a while and finally decided to go. We decided to go all out and try multiple Kolaches. The Sausage & Gravy and Croissant were really delicious. It was soft and creamy. The ranchero was weirdly good! The Bacon & Cheese and Ham & Cheese. We weren’t big fan of it as it was barely any cheese and bunch of the Bacon and Ham. Nothing compared to the online picture. Customer service was good. The young lady was sick so it sort of made us concerned as she was handling our food. But overall she was patient and nice. We ate in there and it was quite cramped. My partner is 6ft and kept hitting himself with the lamp. Overall on 8 Kolaches and 2 drinks we spend $38. Would recommend if you are tired of eating Sausage and Cheese Kolache.

I can not begin to say enough great things about this company. The manager Amand is an amazing person. His company donates kolache's to my volunteers every month for our Volunteer Day at Sarah's House. It says a lot when places like the Kolache Factory give back to their community. This company is definitely someone you would want to do business with, we need more people like them with big hearts like theirs! We thank them for their continued support!

Me and my sister have been here twice in the last two months and both times we have received terrible service. The first time, May 8th, we had ordered four kolaches. The woman who took our order at the drive-thru rushed our order and didn’t even ask if we wanted our kolaches warmed, thus we received cold kolaches that weren’t even the bare minimum of room temperature. This was at 7 in the morning. Then, the most recent was earlier this morning (July 1st) at 10:30 AM. We had ordered three sausage and cheese, one brisket, one cream cheese, and one bacon and cheese. The woman taking our order took about five minutes and still messed up our order. She asked us if we wanted the ham and cheese kolache about four times. Twice at the drive-thru speaker and twice at the window. And each time we said no, and repeated the kolaches we actually wanted. However, she still managed to mess up our order and gave us a ham and cheese instead of the brisket. Additionally, the sausage in the sausage and cheese did not taste as good as it usually does and had a weird, funky aftertaste. This left me uncertain with the quality of the food I received. However, she did actually heat up our food, and while it wasn’t as hot as it should be, at was at least semi-warm. I wouldn’t recommend this location because this is the only location I’ve had problems with. My favorite location is the one in Pearland off of Broadway St., unfortunately I don’t live in that area anymore so this one is more...

I’ve gone in there at east 30 times already three times this week. The Order has never been wrong. What u order is what I get. They put in a box amd mark on inside Of box what is in which row so you’re not confused as to what kolache you are eating!! Their customer service is above and beyond as far as I’m concerned!! The kolaches are outstanding it’s not a whole lotta bread but it pretty much fills up the entire kolache. And I have tried every one of them I do have my favorites however jalapeño popper is like heaven. I like the barbecue just needs a pickle 😂 The pepperoni is really good they’re all good But there are about 15 different kinds of them. They have one called the millennium which is new for this month just got avocado egg bacon and something else I can’t remember But I would recommend this place any day I mean you could actually get them for lunch and do the pizza the barbecue you know and the ones that are more cater to something you would eat at lunch But don’t forget the...
