Food was nothing special. Standard diner breakfast. Definitely doesn’t make up for the terrible service. This is the second time we’ve had remarkably bad service here, but we thought we’d give them another shot. The first time, it took 30mins for our order to come out. We didn’t complain. We understood it was busy. But less than TEN minutes into having our food they started asking us if we needed boxes, sending different people to check up on us, and very obviously rushing us out. To the point where their tone when checking in on us was flat and almost rude. Mind you, we weren’t sitting there for ages taking up a table. We were EATING. There was still steam coming off our food and they were pushing the check on us. This time, it was almost the opposite lol. Our server took our order and we never saw them again. Someone else brought us our food. We ate, then waited, and waited. Again, we’re pretty understanding customers. I don’t want to be that person that waves my server down for the check when it’s busy. So I cannot for the life of me understand why this next thing happened, but the guy at the bar (not our server) comes and literally tosses one box and the check down on the table. Literally tossed it on the table. We were both so confused and have no idea what we did to warrant that reaction. We weren’t loudly complaining, never flagged anyone down. If you're looking for a well-made breakfast then look no further. This is the stop. My favorite food is breakfast food and Pelican exceeded my expectations. I can't believe I haven't tried them earlier.

Woke up late on a Sunday with no energy to fix a meal. Bae and I were craving breakfast and I'm so glad a quick Google search lead us here.

Plenty of free parking in the plaza out front. No worries at all.

Upon entry, the inside is well lit by sunlight and there is a gorgeous, painted mural on the wall of breakfast foods which I loved. We were warmly greeted and seated by the hostess. Our drink orders were taken swiftly and the menu was pleasant to look at and easy to navigate. There are plenty of options so everyone in your group is bound to find something they like.

Our server was kind and attentive. The table had all the creamers, hot sauces, ketchup, and other seasonings as well as butter and jellies.

There was a healthy amount of families and couples already inside eating. It was a relaxed and light hearted atmosphere inside. It definitely felt like a wonderful Sunday for brunch.

The food was SO GOOD! If you like fresh, crisp hashbrowns and perfectly cooked eggs the way you like it. Delicious hollandaise and buttery toast then this is where you want to be. Very high quality breakfast. Seriously. I'm drooling just writing this review. I'll be back.
