Jack wonderfully took care of our advance reservation days ahead for last Sunday's Religious group Dinner event while Myrna diligently catered to our needs, all 15 attendees, Friars, guests and the main Celebrant of the evening, newly Ordained Carmelite Father... The feedback from everyone was altogether mutual; we all enjoyed the excellent food!!! When I'm back in town, for sure I will not hesitate to host lunch or dinner at Raffis and I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Customer service was so bad, the Lebanese girl there was very rude, she doesn't have respect at all , and she asked too many questions out of her business. I felt like undercover is asking me . also she didn't give us time to think what we like to eat or drink , she start asking right away before even we take rest , what you want drink ? , what you want to eat ? Just right away . also when I was eating and still didn't finish yet , she start asking me how you like to pay and asking me to pay when I even didn't finish eating she think I'm begging for food. It's really was so bad experience and no professional . It was the first time for me there and i believe it the last time there , I don't recommend it...

I love this spot. Been eating here for years. Even during quarantine, it has always been a go to spot. Their combination plate is the best. Great value for the amount of food and quality of meal you get. The workers always have the best customer service. If I need a couple extra bread, I get the whole bag. If I ordered a side of falafel instead of the falafel plate? They resolve any and all issues quickly, and make sure you're happy with your order. To me, that, along with the amazing food, puts this place on it's own level. I highly recommend and come here at least once every...
