So, took the fam to COSTCO. Stopped here on the way home. First visit. I like street fare and so does the wife. Kinda pricey. Charged $10 for an $8 (menu price) cheese only quesadilla. See photos. When asked, the lady behind the window looked at me like I was cray-cray. She spoke perfect English when I ordered but suddenly lost her ESL when I asked for a refund. She was shocked when I broke out into perfect Spanish and repeated my request. She refused the refund of $8 even though she charged me $10. Heck, I thought for $10 I would have received a decent sized quesadilla. Instead, I got one flour tortilla folded in half and cut into thirds with less than one ounce of cheese on board. I suppose the joke is on El Jefe, though. For $10, I can just take my business else where. It's true that she profiled me correctly as a gringo willing to pay, but what she didn't figure into her calculus is the boycott on repeat business. Can you say, "”La jefa no recibirÔ mÔs dinero de mí!" I did. Taco's adíos.

Alright, been there twice and I have not been dissapointed. First off, excuse me if I spell her name wrong, Jaimie, is the most beautiful lady I have ever seen. I fell in love right away. šŸ˜… I'd go to the taco truck just to see her smile! Second, Gerardo is the Taco Pro šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤™ Coming from La Esperanza across the street, it's no doubt that he can get down! The meat is so tender, so flavorful and the grilled onions are so soft. 😫 The green salsa is my favorite, although the red doesn't stay back. Overall I'd say this could be my favorite taco truck in the moment. It's from a walking distance from my home, the tacos are A1, the horchata is the bomb, Jaimie is beautiful and Gerardo is awesome, so y'all get a 100/10 from me!

I work throughout the city of Pasco and I’ve been hitting every mexican food truck, and this one is by far my favorite so far. The food is carefully made, delicious and flavorful. I’ve tried their street tacos, tortas, and now these birrea quesa-tacos which come with a consume and for $12 for three tacos and the consume, it really blew me away. Never have issues when I ask them to hold the onions šŸ˜‚

I ordered tacos de tripas and I told the lady in the front politely to make them crispy she told the cook ā€œorder of tripasā€ didn’t even tell the cook to make them crispy. I had to respectfully tell the cook to make them crispy. Then she gave me one buzzers to group up my order with my brother-in-law and his cousin, knowing their meals will get done before mine. We waited like 15 minutes, my tripas weren’t even crispy. They were not even fully cooked. I honestly can’t believe this like if someone asked you respectfully to make their meal a certain way, can you at least try! None of my tacos were crispy and each employee here gives me dirty looks. They aren’t even respectful at all and I’ve never been disrespectful to them once. El jefe needs...
