June 2024 We had a late lunch here after arriving at Pado Robles. To our surprise there was live entertainment by Ken on the patio. He played a lot of our favorite songs. Jessica was wonderful, very cheerful, welcoming and caring. She remembered us from our previous visit. She made us feel at home and let us take our time to order. Hubby's asian chicken salad was great. The tiramisu desert was yummy. I would order it again. Handicap parking and access are available onsite. Restrooms ate available. They have a very large selections of wines and gifts. We were served by Lisa and Jessica at the wine tasting. They both were great. This has become our favorite place due to the friendly staff and wonderful relaxed family atmosphere.
September 2023 We stopped here for lunch with our 2 doggies on our way to Cambria CA. It is very dog friendly restsursnt. We sat outside the patio surrounded by grassy area and flower bushes. To our surprise there was entertainment provided by husband and wife. They were great. Customer service was excellent. They came by often to check on us. Wait to be served was less than 15 mins. I ordered the ribeye marinated steak sandwich was very delicious and tender. I shared it with the doggies. The prices were reasonable. There is indoor seating, wine tasting and gift shop. Everything is beautifully displayed. Ample parking and handicap access available.
5/2023 This is our second visit here. We ordered by phone for pick up. The order rep was friendly and patient. Order was ready in 20 minutes. We ordered pasta dishes and a garden salad. I give them a 3 star rating this time. We were very disappointed that they forgot to include their italian bread which goes with the pasta meals. Also they forgot to include utensils and napkins. They skimped on the clams in the linguine with clams dish. The lasagne was delicious.
We stayed at the LA Quinta Inn & Suites Wyndham at Paso Robles, CA. We wanted to a take out restaurant that was close by had great reviews and good menu items. I saw this bistro across the inn as we pulled into the the inn. It's short walk from the inn. The menu selections were very good and the majority of the reviews were very good. The receptionist was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. We ordered the shrimp scampi, marinated tri tip sandwich and tiramisu dessert. All were excellent and delicious. It was a very excellent find. We also bought a bottle of their sauvignon blanc. Definitely will oder here on our next visit to...
Read moreWent for my wife birthday a party of 8 for the day. We bought food & drinks & of course dessert. I started our experience with appetizers. I really enjoyed everything from the bottles of wine"s, San Antonio black was my favorite out of the six bottles we had on the table. I then ordered appetizers (calamari with french fries) and we ordered a plate of different cheeses and jams as well as some biscuits bread it went well with the wine and the appetizers. The wife ordered the Lobster platter and I myself ordered the wagyu tri-tip sandwich, it was so delicious. I really appreciate the hospitality from Orlando Martin and Celso they were very respectable. A must to try, there cheesecake. I enjoyed their company while attending to our party of 8 wife's birthday. We had spent about four hours there enjoying wine appetizers entrees and dessert. I really liked the lay out of the San Antonio bristro sitting area, you can have something to eat and drink as well as you can do some shopping in the same area. I did buy wife a scented candle, she loves candles. Riboli family of San Antonio Winery has many candles to choose from and different prices & scents. I have to say from the time that we arrived and sat down at our table we felt like family! Our experience there was memorable and appreciative and we enjoyed speaking amongst the riboli family members at San Antonio Winery. Mr. Perez "Chef" I really enjoyed that wagyu tri-tip Sir it was well made and your staff were very helpful and acceptable to laughter throughout our visit with you all.    Read moreWe had a fantastic wine tasting experience with Gerrie at San Antonio, but the Italian cuisine was also on point...good times..
I came in here kinda buzzed from a previous tasting so I can't recall all the wines I sampled. Doh! All were tasty but these are the wines that were purchased.
2017 Viognier - Fruity, flowery and fun. 2014 Opaque Malbec - A solid Malbec that had to be shipped home. 2016 Opaque Darkness - This red blend was my favorite. Deep in flavor and ready to paired up with a fat prime rib. (medium rare=)
All the Italian dishes were ordered were packed with delish. We started off with pizzas then moved quickly to the pastas. All the pastas were fresh and the sauces savory. The chicken marsala and the lasagna were my favorite. That lasagna was perfectly baked and savory af. If I had to order only dish, (I'd be sad) it would be the lasagna.
Gerrie was a phenomenal host throughout our tasting. We learned a ton about Stefano & Maddalena Riboli and she incorporated their history into the numerous wines we tasted. Gerrie also ensured our dishes made it to the table timely which they did because the kitchen was on point.
The showroom had tons of wine accessories, gifts, snacks, etc in addition to the the bottles themselves. If you're doing the Paso Robles wine tour thing, you should definitely stop by the San Antonio Winery. It's located in the city so it's be a great first stop of grabbing a full lunch before heading out to the vineyards in the...
