Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Passaic

i have no problem with the food but my only issue and problem is the delivery guy i dont know whats his nationality is but hes like maybe Arabic or Indian, but that guy always giving me an attitude for not giving him more money for tips, you get what you get for giving me an attitude, always keep saying he has to drive far away, is not like im calling you from Patterson or even farther im calling you from passaic. I dont like that delivery driver. I rather get the other delivery driver, that guy never gives me an attitude and that guy ill give a good tip. So, guys if you ever get that arabic or indian guy i would not give him tip or i would rather ask for another...

It’s below freezing cold outside when I’m writing this, but there’s no heat in the building.

Additionally, I was waiting for five minutes in front of the counter for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Two people were texting right in front of me for the longest time.

I ask for a baked ziti and fountain drink. They didn’t make my drink until the food arrived — had to wait 10 mins for a soda. All the food is also served as take out, with plastic plates and utensils. The bread that came with the dish looked run over by a car. Even worse; the pasta was penne — not ziti — and was both over and under cooked.

Very bad customer service. They mistaken my order for delivery. When I realized that I got the wrong pizza, I called them and politely asked to bring what I actually ordered. The person on the phone was very rude. He said that I got what I ordered and then just hung up on me. By the way, the person who hung up on me later introduced himself as a manager. I called them 3 times !!! After 30 minutes of debates, they finally admitted that they messed up the order and agreed to take that pizza back .Never experienced anything like that. What do I have now? Minus $10 in tips for a delivery and I am still hungry hour and a half later. Will order...
