Came here with a friend earlier this week on a very “off” night; the restaurant was understaffed and they unexpectedly had a sheva brochas to host. Folks, let me tell you the food and service were impeccable nonetheless! You know this place is legit when anything that can go wrong in a night does, and the quality of the meal and the experience are still so outstanding. If it wasn’t for the seven blessings being given a couple feet away from us, we wouldn’t have known anything was the matter.

Food was fantastic btw — we got a summer salad, the gluten free nachos, and the cauliflower “macaroni” and cheese — all great! For dessert we got ice cream (very good) and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was NEXT LEVEL! Totally the highlight of the meal. The staff felt bad that the party was loud (I guess?) and some of the kitchen staff didn’t show up, so they compensated our desserts. Finally Tried MI Café — and Loved It! My wife and I had a wonderful dinner Sunday night at MI Café (pronounced “my”). We’ll admit, we hesitated to try it at first because of the seemingly high menu prices when it opened six months ago. But after hearing one rave review after another, we decided it must be worth it—and we were right! The food was excellent and the staff superb. Every dish we ordered was outstanding: the flavorful red snapper taco appetizer, the creative cauliflower-based Almost Mac ‘n Cheese, and the Chef’s Special pizza topped with creamy burrata. All were beautifully plated, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. As many other reviews mention, Rafael is a true gem. Before starting at this kosher restaurant he took the time to educate himself on all the nuances of kashrus—and it shows.
