Pats Pizzeria — Restaurant in Paulsboro

Have always loved this place. I’ve been coming here since I was 5yrs old but tonight was the last time. I placed an order online for a cheesesteak and fries. They forgot to put the fries in the bag so I immediately called to let them know I was coming back for the fries. When I got there the cooks (Roberto, Danny, and Josh) immediately told me that I was lying and that they for sure put the fries in the bag and refused to make the fries that I already paid for. Then they proceeded to tell me that they were going to check the camera. I told them yes I’d like for them to check the camera. They immediately switched up and said they have no access to the cameras and that I’d have to call the owner tomorrow. The 2 cashiers were very nice and helpful. I had just had a long day at work and after all of that unnecessary hostility I gave the untouched cheesesteak back and asked for a refund for everything including the fries which the cashier granted. Being called a liar in front of two other customers over $4.69 French fries costs them a lifetime customer. I too work in the restaurant industry and have for a very long time and this was one of the worst experiences...

I placed an order for delivery at my Pat’s Pizza 🍕 in Paulsboro on Friday, August 20, 2021. Teresa answered my call and took my order. She was so very friendly and super sweet. She has also many times in the past taken my calls when I am picking up my food, and every single time she has been so friendly and sweet and very kind and helpful! My order was delivered to my home extremely promptly and efficiently by the very awesome, friendly delivery guy! He got my food to me so quickly that it was still very nice and hot! The cheesesteak and fries were super duper yummy and the fries were extra crispy just like I asked! Pat’s Pizza in Paulsboro is a super great place to get yummy, delicious food! From the awesome person on the phone who takes your order, to the awesome cook who makes the yummy food, and on to the awesome delivery person, you will be absolutely highly satisfied with Pat’s Pizza! I highly recommend them! 😊😊😊😊😊....

My husband and I own and operate a small fleet of trucks and we happened to be out running freight and stopped off at the TA in Paulsboro… now I don’t know about anyone else but truck stop food Can become a little monotonous!!! It’s either Country Pride ( their chain restaurant) or like Subway or McDonalds🤮 which is okay if that’s all you have to choose from but it definitely gets boring!!! I was super pleased to google food places that deliver in the area and came across Pat’s Pizzeria ❤️ they basically have everything from pizza, sandwiches, my husband was even able to get chicken Parmesan😋 which is one his favorites!!! The food was amazing and they were very friendly over the phone and prompt with the delivery service!!! We definitely recommend and will definitely order again if ever...
