I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with this restaurant left me no choice but to share my extreme disappointment. I ordered through DoorDash, opting for pickup since the restaurant is just 6 minutes away. Expecting a quick and easy meal, what I received was far from it.

The sandwich, the centerpiece of my order, was a disaster. It was unmistakably undercooked, a clear sign that the kitchen staff either lacks attention to detail or simply doesn't care about the food they serve. But the issues didn't stop there; not only was the sandwich undercooked, but it was also cold. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience—it was as if the sandwich had been sitting out for a while, neglected, before it was hastily handed over to me.

Moreover, the quality of the preparation suggested that my meal was not made fresh but rather remade or reheated from a previous order. This lack of freshness in a meal is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant that promises quality and satisfaction.

This experience was not only disappointing but also a waste of time and money. It's disheartening to see such negligence and lack of pride in the preparation of food. I had expected a basic level of quality and service, but what I got was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. absolutely insane experience. we ordered a meatball sub, mozzarella sticks, and the sausage ziti. the meatball sub came frigid - the cheese was unmelted, the meat was ice cold. the mozzarella sticks were underbaked, and the marinara sauce was sour. the sausage ziti came doused in the thinnest, wettest red sauce i've ever seen in my life - it soaked through the foil container, a plate, and two paper bags. this sauce was likewise sour and tasted - and i'm not being hyperbolic here - like vomit. needless to say i was unable to eat any of this food. which put me out $60. i asked for a refund but was only offered to have the food re-made and re-delivered. i said no to this because that would just result in more wasted food. at the end of the day i'm out $60 and now my trash can smells awful. you may have read other reviews and thought to yourself "surely it can't be that bad." well it can and it was. please don't make my mistake. awful food and awful...

First of all when I walked in today with my baby the guy was vaping in one of the booths and jumped up when he noticed me. I didn’t even know he worked there. Then I ordered my sandwich and he asked “what number is that?” Im looking at him confused cause I didn’t give a number I gave my order. The issue is the language barrier which is a huge problem when it comes to people’s food. I recited my order slow and clear for him to understand Turkey sub with Italian toppings and I even specified which toppings I wanted. I asked for L.O.T salt & pepper , oil& vinegar and light mayo light mustard. I got 2 huge sides of mustard and mayo and when I got home there was no salt no pepper no oil no vinegar on it. This is the 2nd time I’ve eaten here the first time they sent me a sub that wasn’t toasted and the guy took forever to bring it to me....
