Seemed disorganized ordered sweet bread for Easter on Monday. Gave my name and number plus order to the associate. Got there on Wednesday they couldn't find my order, took them over 10 minutes to find it. Then today which is Saturday went to go pick up my order. My husband went in since it was pouring out. New took both receipts in with him. The order receipt and the paid receipt. Took them over 20 minutes to find the order! Wasn't even busy had 2 people ahead of him when he went in. I watched people came in and order stuff from her. She never greet with smiled and friendly with anybody. She needs to change her attitude. Not friendly. Very embarrassment.
I will keep come and buy stuff but I will keep telling anybody what kind person she was. She needs to be friendly and warm with everyone. COME ON! Be friendly! That is unacceptable attitude and didnt say hi and friendly with anybody. Be...

Someone finally said something for the child and she put the man's order away for a second and took the kid's order. Then the man said sorry. The man was on some headphones being obnoxiously loud as he talked to someone. Noone asked him to please tone his voice. We npleasant experience...
