Joe just went into the dunks and after pretty much giving up on being taken care of like the manager said.. when I went in the guy only took the money for my coffee and told me the donut was free. I thought hey better then nothing though I thought I should of been offered a coffee 1 time for free . The manager did say they would take care of it been there at least 8 times since the meds up and never even acknowledged so I had hivinup on it and was fine with that but then the kid tells me my donut is free. I've paid. And tipped and manager calls me back to counter confusing the kid and myself making me believe for a second he was going to refund the coffee. But NOPE. He yellse the rice of the donut and has me pay for the item I was just told was free. Don't know your morals. But in my world. That's just wrong. Whatever. OVER IT. I ALWAYS GET SCREWED. I go here almost every day and have never had a bad experience. My food order is always correct, the iced coffee is consistent every day, the donuts are fresh and they don't burn the wake up wraps like just about every dunks around.
On weekends there are at least 5 Dunks closer to my house and we still drive to this location. The one time the frozen coffee machine went down after I paid the manager took care of me the next day.
Some of the reviews seem off. I'd be curious if those people have any positive reviews out there. If anything takes longer than a few seconds to give the customer they have you pull up to the second window. It's a pretty solid system for such a small parking lot and keeps things moving. I wanted a free offer but a tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich and get a free beverage offer. The clerk is supposed to scan the qr code first and I tried to let him know this but he was rude and said let me finish this first, referring to my Dunkin's card that I wanted reloaded. Instead of scanning the qr code first he used what was on the card for my 2 sandwiches, he then scanned the qr code after using what was leftover on the card and I couldn't then get my free beverage. I got my beverage but had to use the DD card, and on top of that I wanted to speak to a manager and there was 4 workers there and they said the manager was at home so no one knew how to fix...
