Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peabody

Worst experience I used to go to this location a lot and food and service was very good. NOT ANYMORE this location is terrible they never have anything you are looking for employees are rude and lazy. My coffee tasted horrible and I asked if they could remake I was given an attitude asking what did it taste like and then another employee saying guess we can remake it with an attitude they were both very annoyed mind you there was no one else waiting during that time. People here are very nice and it’s always busy. Great latte, but twice I have ordered through the on the go Dunkin’ app and when I go to pick up my latte it’s not ready for an additional 5-8 minutes because they’ve had to clean the machine (at 630 in the morning?). Very inconvenient having to wait extra after pre-ordering for pick up in the first place. Also, ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin once and they gave me the veggie egg instead. I go to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations. This one seems to make a lot of mistakes. The staff is nice enough but there always seems to be something going wrong with my order here. Wrong milk-substitutes used, wrong drink entirely, missing mobile order, selected flavor or sweeteners not used at all (today). If it wasn't the closest, most conveniently located to my home, I probably wouldn't gamble coming...
