First of all, the house dressing? UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And I’ve never eaten anything from this place that wasn’t delicious (and I’ve been going for 10+ years). But I’m writing this review because of how well they handled my partner’s allergy. We often have problems when placing orders because we emphasize that he has an allergy to milk (not lactose intolerance, an actual allergy), and when we get they meal, 70% of the time they still gave us the milk/cheese. I wish I got her name, but the woman on the phone was so knowledgeable about the ingredients used and took so much care with double making sure with the cook in the back for what he used when we arrived to pick up the order. so yeah, i won’t be going to this 114 lowell street location ever again. jeez.

idk if it was simply the employee who made my lg steak + cheese to go but damn! no joke, it was literally the thinnest sub i ever got forreal. i’m tiny too! i’m 110 lbs! it was the stingiest amount of beef i’ve ever seen put on a sandwich. i wish i opened it to check before i left to drive home because i would’ve been like “um can you make this again with some actual beef it this time please? thanks.”

Terrible experience. It is clear that the new ownership does not care about the customer and are looking to penny pinch wherever they can. Charged me for a large and got two mediums that were the size of smalls. Only kept it because my family and I were already starving. The steak and cheese calzones that we did get barely had any steak in them. Only went there because Londis was closed for 4th of July break. Definitely won’t be going back. Completely and totally unacceptable. Don’t waste your time and do yourself a favor and go to Londis next...
