Giovanni's Pizza & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Peabody

Dont you just love it when you walk into a restaurant and give your order you put in 20 + mins prior. You sit down just to hear 2 female employees asking bout what is “fries on top of rice”. Youd think itd be self explanatory especially for if your STAFF at the restaurant. Apparently was too complicated to understand, so one girl says “no just a steak fry” and then the other says while chuckling “honestly i dont care, i really dont”. I ordered this before n was given it just as simply as it says…Fries…on top of rice. didnt want to make a big deal had to get back to work but i find it absolutely absurd employees would speak like that while serving the customers food IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, or any customer at that! It cost extra to add rice so i was not pleased in the slightest. One girl just seemed like she just wanted to rrush to her break without care of making sure the food was correct. Didnt seem like they knew it was me but your not going to call atleast? Figured i was asked to put my number for a reason…still...

I Live in Middleton. It’s a 30 minute round-trip to this shop. I had trouble for five months ago with the order being incorrect upon arrival home. I decided to give them another try. I ordered three items. One of them being a steak and egg sub with American cheese and grilled onions. We arrived home, opened the wrapper, there was no steak on the sub. I also ordered a chicken bomb sub with no peppers and onions. Surprise surprise it had peppers and onions on it. The girl on the phone was very nice took our order, repeated it back and it still came out wrong. We call back and they offered to remake it but it’s a 30 minute round-trip drive. The rice bowl we ordered was very good. The chicken balm was good as well once we scraped off the peppers and onions. I know it’s just a sandwich. I won’t be going back. They should’ve at least offered to give...

First of all the food is horrible. Secondly, the woman who took my order had trouble taking my order and seemed like she had the education of a 10 year old. I explicitly stated that my girlfriend had severe allergies and couldn’t eat tomato. The woman acknowledged the allergy and to not have tomato in the sandwich. I end up getting the food and they didn’t get the order right. Is it really worth spending money at a place where there only job is to take your order and put some food together and they can’t do either of those right? My girlfriend had come off of a 14 hour shift (she works as a healthcare worker) and I just wanted her to be able to relax and eat when she got home and that was not the case. I’m sorry, but this place is terrible and I will never go here again. Maybe if the food was good, I would reconsider, but the...
