Harveys Fish Hut — Restaurant in Pearl

So imagine you are at work starving and you place an order send someone to pick it and when they get back your all excited to eat from the infamous Harvey. You sit down to eat bite into your food and your chicken is completely raw and the fries are cold and stale tasting. Well this was my experience today. My meat is raw my fries are stale and the bread is nasty. Keep in mind I'm hungry so I go to call the restaurant fifteen minutes prior to them closing and they will not answer. I don't like to waste money because I work to hard for it. A restaurant should never put out raw or undercooked food. I am livid. I want my money back and you all can forget my business ever again. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving inedible food. That's 7.76 wasted and now I'm sitting here hungry with 10 more hours to work because of awful quality food and service. And if your business hours are until 9 then you should continue to take calls until nine because you never know what the concern may be! First time here and DEF won’t come back! Went to window asked for “pan trout plate” then said “2pc” and “1 whole catfish”. Got to the car and had 1 whole catfish, 2 trout with bread. Went back in, one lady gets an attitude with me because she told me I said “sandwich “ when I clearly didn’t because I DON’T EAT BREAD! She rolls her eyes and tells a second lady. They both tell me that I ordered a sandwich smh at this point!! She then tells me that they’re not on Google when I say I saw the menu. She lied and don’t know their own business.

I should have known because I was so try my on my food and another girl came in having an issue with her order. Please YRAIN YOUR WORKERS BETTER!!! And UPDATE YOUR MENU INSIDE THE PLACE!!!

Being from AZ and in MS for work, I found this great little place on google. I was 100% satisfied with my experience here! The pan trout and catfish were great and the hospitality was above and beyond anything that I could have expected. The atmosphere was as if I was visiting my grandparents in the hills of Virginia, everyone there was extremely kind, polite and welcoming to an out of town stranger. From the outside, you would never know this was even a GREAT LITTLE FISH HUT, but as soon as you walk through the door, the smells of fresh cooked fish overwhelm you with delight and I have told everyone about this quaint little fish hut.
