Terrible course, the middle of fairways literally have dead grass all throughout the course. No views, terrible tee boxes, bad fairways, lots of dead grass or sand in the middle of fairway, honestly the worst course in the city. Extremely overpriced for how garbage this place is. Seriously needs to be shut down, if you want to hurt yourself on the terrible lies and ruin your score and day then book a tee time if you like playing golf and want to get better, I’d go somewhere else. Every single whole has dead or missing grass, don’t be surprised if you get in the rough think there’s nothing there and drill your club into sand and rocks

It’s not the best but what they’re really good at is stacking the tee times back to back so a simple 4 hr game takes 6. Maybe management should stop worrying making as much money as possible and maybe start focusing on the quality of the course and the time it takes golfer to play. Update: Played yesterday 4/4/22 and the course was worse than 9 months ago. The greens were like playing a pinball machine. Avoids the bumpers(crab grass). Oh and the fairways are bad too! Avoid this place because it is not worth the money AT ALL! Here’s some photos

First time here this week. The course condition was ok. A bit patchy on the greens, fairways were decent. The tee boxes could have had some clean up of all the broken tees. Bring out the tee vacume. Overall a good value. The course was challenging but not overly difficult. Pin placements were tough. Nice turtle show! Must have been wanting to be fed. As hot as it was, there could have been a few more water stations. The beverage cart only showed up 1x on front and too late #17 on back.

UPDATED Review This course has completely turned around it’s greens and their customer service. I don’t know if management changed or just cracked down. Either way it has been pleasant when visiting for the range or for a round. Their team is doing an A+ job with the current staff. I’m sure my review has nothing to do with it but I’m glad to see them trying to evolve for the better. I appreciate your hard work and effort to change. I will leave my previous review up for transparency but I am definitely changing this to a 4 start review and signing back up for a membership if this incline stays consistent. P.S. Coach Ike is still the best.

ORIGINAL 1 star Review If you are looking for a great coach then you will have one reason to visit this course. If you are looking for a great course layout with terrible greens, that is a second reason you would visit. If for some reason you would like to be ignored, put on hold and not cared about(Seemingly) then by gosh you’ve found your perfect Golf Course. The course is public and maybe that’s why the customer service seems to be so poor however, that doesn’t excuse hiring people who are seemingly unwilling to do their jobs. Half the time I can’t get them to answer and confirm whether or not the greens are good enough to play on (They normally are not, barely any grass on the green. Plenty of weeds though.) I try to call for a simple YES or NO on whether the range is open(I end up having to call or text their Pro who is busy with coaching half the time so that he can do their job for them. Don’t know how to greet you and will guaranteed put you on a 15 minute hold leaving you wondering if they forgot or just don’t care about their jobs. After this month I will be cancelling my membership. Which is sad because the course layout is phenomenal but, the greens are piss poor which takes any joy out of it. On a positive note, Coach Ike Eliason is one of the best coaches I’ve had the pleasure learning from and would be the only reason this location gets 1 star, after I leave I will easily continue to return for...

This course is a hidden jem! From tee boxes to the greens the condition of this place is amazing especially for a municipal course. Take the fact this is muni course out of the picture and you are going to be hard pressed to find a course this well maintained. Has an excellent practice area for chipping and putting and a great driving range. Staff are friendly and beverage cart comes about 2-3 times in a round. Price later in the day is crazy good value. Overall this course is one of my preffered courses even when it’s a 35- minute drive out of my way to play. You can’t go wrong playing this course. It never disappoints !!!

Update 8/6/2023 course is good shape fairways are hard and get 10-20yds extra. Greens are not cut constantly with some holes much much slower that others due not being cut. late afternoon pace of play is a big issue. Played this course numerous times and other players are stealing your ball for no reason and I have had this happen a number of rounds. This round was interesting the group be us joined our group because the group behind them were pressing play and hitting into them( the course was stacked from 18 back). The guy pressing got his over privileged feelings hurt and expressed rudely we could not group up like that. Threatened to call the course manager even though he was in the wrong. People suck and if play this course during twilight hours your going to run across junk clientele and pace of play at 5 hrs plus. It will be a little while before we play this course again and that’s sad! ...

I played 4 rounds here recently when the temporary "greens" were in place. It sucked pretty badly, but judging from the newly renovated greens, i knew i had to come play here once the new greens opened. The new greens opened on 10/1/25. Tee times were sold out until i was able to book a 1pm tee time on 10/3/25. The green fee went from $20 when the temp greens were in use, to near $80 now that the new greens were open! I thought that was high, but i wanted to play there, so i paid the fee. Pace on the course was unbelievably slow. Ive only been playing golf for 6 months, but practicing everyday has given me the ability to consistently shoot in the mid to low 80s, with occasional rounds in the high 70s. Most (80-90%) of the golfers here have no business playing on a course at their skill and knowledge level. I saw many golfers who needed at least 10 strokes per hole on every hole. That part would be somewhat tolerable if those players had even an inkling of a clue about course etiquette/manners. The course was jam packed both times ive played since the new greens opened. The starter makes everyone pair up in 3 & 4 somes. The way they force pairing up, while neglecting to consider people's skill level, made thŕe pace of play worse than ive ever endured anywhere. Took 5 hrs 45 mins to play 18 holes!!! Course is in good shape overall. New greens are medium to slow but in phenomenal condition. Green fees are about $20 too high for this course. Course would be enjoyable if the staff knew how to improve pace instead of...
