Bootie's Main Tap — Restaurant in Pecatonica Township

Very disappointing… yet again. To be honest Bootie’s has never been a place I expected good service or at least even a welcoming environment. It is usually quite the opposite, almost like I’m inconveniencing the bartender or server for being in the establishment. Unless you friends with the staff. Then you’ll get all the attention. I took my family there this passed Saturday around 10:30am. I understand that breakfast wasn’t available but we were looking for some food options. We waited for 10 mins in the restaurant with no greeting until we were finally told very rudely my the waitress that they were not serving breakfast anymore. We then ask for lunch options. They said it would be another 30 mins be to an hour before we could order. We were hungry and decided to go elsewhere. This place disappoints almost each time I go back in. The bartender was too social to other patrons of the bar, and after ordering drinks it took them a half hour to take another order of drinks. This happened several times. After getting fed up with the poor service, we decided to go across the street to a better bar and better service, the bartender had the Gaul to talk to me and my friends about proper bar etiquette and how we should tip the bartender or go someplace else for drinks from now on. I tip people who earn the tip, cause its my money, and none of the bartenders that night earned a penny from me.
