Pancho's Gourmet to Go — Restaurant in Pecos

Crazy place. Customers sit at the pump AFTER they have fueled up talking on their phones😮😮😮. When you ask them to move, they are upset 😳. We were 1 of 3 cars waiting to fuel up. I usually don’t do these reviews but today was so bad......it was funny. This station even has 2 older gentlemen sitting in the bench outside watching it all go down, cracking a smile every once in a while 🙃. The owner would have witnessed all this, but he was too engrossed in repairing the light at one of the pumps. When he does realize it, after about five long minutes, he calls the driver by his first name and asks him to pull away from the pump....the customer even yelled at the owner. Can’t make this up!!! After more than a year since my last review, unfortunately nothing has gotten any better. Orders are still done wrong, always missing something or something requested not to have, is still on it.. the other day I was craving breakfast in the evening.. called an order for the good ol fashioned eggs brkfst. With ham. Get home , no ham, hash browns were cold and way to salted and peppered. Went back for the ham, get back to find that it was diced into burnt tiny pieces?? Maybe a handful. Couldn't taste the Ham, only burned greasy crunchies.. and it costed 15.79. Seriously over priced. I just had my last order from this place. Counter Service is always great. That's the only nice thing...

I have consistently heard good if not great things about the food. It's a wierd set up as you order& pay the gas attendant but the menu has interesting options. I tried the chicharrones power burrito because it was said to be the most popular. I found it to be small in size but plenty of food. It is very rich. The texture of the chicharrones is not for me.
