Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pekin

I love Hardee’s and after my experience on Friday night I will more than likely take my business elsewhere. I refuse to be disrespected was never given my receipt straws or sauces that I requested do to my allergy to tomatoes and when my wife and I had asked bout receipt and sauces the cashier said it’s not her problem I did advise them before pulling away we pulled around the front of building to check our food to make sure it was all there and correct and it wasn’t I was missing a whole burger and my other burger had ketchup on it when I specifically said to tomato or ketchup do to my allergy to it and my wife’s food was cold and incorrect I took a second to breathe before going back through drive thru to get it fixed was told that I was a liar and that my fat ass are the other burger and that they don’t serve cold food they told me they weren’t remaking it I told that person that I will be writing a review because calling to speak to manager did not do any good as I had called once before bout issue I had couple months ago and all I was given was excuse after excuse as to why the manager wasn’t there and why my issue couldn’t be handled I hope to hear from the owner asap and not only get my food replaced which so far this location has poor management and staff if they are allowed to treat...

My sister has a job manager at Hardee's Morristown Iowa 50158 zip code. She been managing Wendy now spawning at Hardee's. Might as well free all damn bars cuz you know she's bond. I asked for a kids meal with a hamburger with tomato and pickle only, with extra pickles. The sandwich I received had mustard and ketchup on it. Not the end of the world. I walked in and asked them to fix the order.

After asking me what was wrong, they proceeded to tell their staff ketchup and extra pickle. I corrected her and the sandwich was made. When I got out to my car, it was a freaking cheeseburger so I had to go in again.

I hear them talking quietly and one of the girls states, no, because the cheese already melted on it. But I have two other orders that need cheeseburgers. So, essentially they refused something that left the store.

Finally, my burger was correct and I went on my merry way. No offer of coupons or a free dessert for my wait.

Got home and there was no cookie in the kids meal.

Pekin Hardee's fails me 33% of the time. Hopefully since they just failed 3 times in one night, I'll have 6 consecutive...
