Hard to rate my service rating because my experience was not as I expected so it being our first time. We felt like this place would be a hard pass.

So when we first entered the hostess did not greet us at all, we just decided to sit down and even then it took a few minutes to be even looked at by the group of kids sitting in front of the kitchen door.

Once we had someone come up to us, they did not even say hi, they just handed the menus and essentially just grazed our presence. I had to ask questions just to get any sort of attention and even her answer made me regret asking anything. I simply asked, do you have any drink specials and she had the bravery to say “I don’t know I’m not your waiter” and walk away. Huge turn off. To be very honest we only stayed because ive heard amazing things about the food and unfortunately the food was good so we had to endure sitting there.

The AC was broken so my party had to split so they stayed in the car while I had to pay which is when we spoke to the bartender who actually made my experience great. I blurpped out how bad of an experience it was because it’s like the young kids went out of their way to just not care to work. The bartender whose name I forgot (please forgive me) she was super great, understood my concerns and I appreciated that she saved you guys from losing me as a potential customer in the future. I’ve been wanting to find a new place to eat wings at and this spot is at least back into consideration...

⭐ J.T.’s Restaurant Review

The food at J.T.’s is good, but one of my many visit left me thinking it was rather expensive. Later, I realized one of the servers had already added a tip to the bill without mentioning it. The total was around $45 with tip included, but I added another $10 tip on top — not realizing I was tipping twice.

At the time, I left thinking the prices were just high and decided I probably wouldn’t return. However, our football team supports J.T.’s because they cook for the kids, so we went back. This time, I believe the owner was present, and there was no tip automatically added.

That’s when I realized what had happened — especially after my wife went back separately and confirmed no tip was added to her bill either. Since it was just two of us dining, there was no reason for an automatic gratuity.

I truly believe one employee might have taken advantage of our trust, and that’s disappointing because we eat out almost every day and love supporting local places — especially those who support our youth teams.

I didn’t say anything at the time because the team had just won, and I didn’t want to dampen the positive energy. I’m not asking for anything free; I just hope management will look into this and clarify if I misunderstood or if something needs fixing.

For what it’s worth, I’ve changed my reviews in the past when owners took time to respond — I truly believe good businesses deserve...

We stopped by JT’s Sports Bar and Grill for the first time on Saturday around 2:30 and were seriously impressed! We decided to sit at the bar, and from the moment we took our seats, the service was top-notch. The bartender was friendly, quick with recommendations, and she made sure we were taken care of the whole time.

The food absolutely blew us away—way better than your average sports bar. We had the southern slant wings per the bartenders recommendation, (they were crispy and full of flavor) she let us know that this was her GO TO sauce , and we just might be with her on that one. We also ordered loaded nachos with BBQ chicken, and the western burger that was cooked perfectly.You can tell they don’t cut corners in the kitchen.Our bartender also let us know that on Tuesdays they run a special of 90 cent wings, and $12 Domestic Pitchers , how can you beat that?

The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, with plenty of TVs , great music, and a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Sitting at the bar gave us the perfect mix of good service, good conversation and a great time.

All in all, JT’s delivered big time. Great food, excellent service, and a fun, comfortable spot to hang out. We can’t wait...
