I usually never leave reviews on a restaurant...ever. But for this one I felt the need to. I called in my pickup order over the phone at exactly 7:51 pm on a Friday night. The lady on the phone was initially very uptight and had a rude tone to her voice. She told me the food would be ready to be picked up in about 25 minutes. So I get there 30 minutes later and immediately tell the first person I ran into that I had a pick up order. They asked for the name that I put the order under and I told them that I was never asked over the phone for a name. They discussed amongst themselves and I over heard of them saying repeatedly that it was impossible and that they always do, but they didn't. I very calmly described to them what I ordered and told them that it was no big deal. They take 10 minutes to find my order and then brought me a check to pay for the order. I waited and waited very patiently for someone to come get the money for my order but no one ever did. Finally a lady that was cleaning the restrooms during all of this seen that I had been waiting to be cashed out and she finally came and did it for me (finally someone nice). It was not busy at all this night and there were two other people sitting in the restaurant eating. Another lady came to tell me that my food was almost done, mind you I had already been waiting 30 minutes before I arrived and then 30 minutes for when I was inside the restaurant. So I waited 15 more minutes just standing there. She finally brings out my food and I ask for some honey mustard on the side (I work in customer service so I am veery genuine and nice to whomever I am speaking with), and she has the nerve to roll her eyes in front of me and yell at one of her coworkers for them to bring me some honey mustard on the side. I have never been more disrespected and felt like I did not belong than I did this night. They will not be getting anymore of my company in any of their restaurants. This is my first review ever, being I’m not the one to leave reviews, but the service I have gotten from wing company is ridiculous! We the people is what keeps wingco’s doors open daily! So that’s how customers should be treated! I order pickup from wing co all the time for my family. Every time we go in to pick up our food there’s no one at the pickup station, and there’s 10 employees standing around the bar and other places inside that look at you and look away when you walk in. It doesn’t matter if you just walked in or stand there for 10 minutes looking at your food sitting on the table THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! When I finally get my food and get home, they give hand size portions of fries with cheese EVERY time for $10 a plate, which is already ridiculous! I called today to order me and my family food and they tell me from now on there will be an extra charge for the cheese, not mentioning the $0.70 a cup that’s half way filled! They move to a bigger nicer building and now wanna micromanage every dollar that they can make, When they have 10 employees standing around doing nothing! Treat their customers like trash and we are what keeps the doors up and restaurant running! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Humble yourself wingco and treat your customers better!! If I’m gonna pay $25 for two plates of cheese fries make the amount of food worth $25 and not waste half a plate!!!!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Pembroke Wing Company, and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment I walked in, the lively atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed.
