Have you ever ate something so bland and no matter what you put in it it comes out as bland? I got the hibachi steak there with eggrolls. The eggrolls only had 2 vegetables and they weren't cut properly so they actually made gaps in my teeth. It was as though my teeth were trying to cut them into proportion for my mouth which didn't feel good. The eggrolls were also very greasy and the ducksauce had a water like consistency. But that was the best part of the meal. Going back to the bland monstrosity I used the sauces that were provided and nothing. It just made me nauseous and felt like crying. I love food and I finish what's on my plate but just this once I'll go against my code. I literally put hot sauce, soy sauce, yum yum sauce, and duck sauce in various sections to see if there would be a difference but nope. Also the side of zucchini and onions... they're trying to make a girl single... jk but they weren't seasoned or cut right and was fully cooked but was super oily.... I'm just going to ask for take out at china right or order...

I’m so disappointed … purchased a meal for a family for Christmas gift. I ordered 4 plates and 1 bowl… total of 2 ginger and 13 white sauces. All of the sauces were in one bag. When I reached my destination all but 2 sauces were saved the rest was spilled out in the bag. I hated to deliver this to this wonderful family. I tried calling the restaurant could not get through. Today, 12/06/2024 I made a special trip to the rest and explained ; showed my receipt. Manager said all she could do was give me the sauces … WHAT A JOKE!!! I asked for next person in charg. She provided name and number… No answer, no return call so far. This is some of the worst customer service I have received. From now on , I will drive...

1st time going here only because I didn't feel like driving to Lumberton for Kami's. They could learn a few things from them! Like tying the bag so your food doesn't spill out everywhere like mine did! Anyway, the food was OKAY. Disappointed because I was expecting chunks of steak instead of thin slices & I expected more than just 5 tiny pieces of zucchini & a million onions.
