KFC — Restaurant in Pembroke

They did not take our order we go there which was 10:11 right behind a red truck at the same time they proceed to take their order and right after they tell up to hold. At 10:22 our order was still not taken so I proceed to knock at their window and tell them we were here waiting for 10 mins and they tell us they had no idea although they told us to wait and their system was down. We’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for our food (mind you, it’s 9pm) and there’s several other people in here talking about how they’ve waited 30+ minutes (one lady ordered online before driving over here and has STILL been waiting 20+ minutes). Whoever the owner is of this store needs to either have a talk with their store manager or hire a new one because it’s actually ridiculous to have this many people waiting this long for fast food fried chicken.

There’s also some workers eating in the back while making food. Absolutely...

I gave KFC5 stars because they accommodated people in the best way. I attended a robotics meet.. there was a lot of hungry people, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, they were so friendly, attentive, and had not one attitude! PLUS they served grilled chicken my favorite; we don't have grilled chicken anymore in Raleigh. I was so over the moon. Thank you you guys; you did a great job this past Saturday...
