This is Clem's first time eating a Roberto's Italian sub! Watching her eat that sub was Priceless! 💢 She was so impressed with the Freshness and Goodness in every bite! The Homemade bread🥖 they use to make their subs is Undescribely Delicious! 🥬🍅🧅 I order our subs with Lettuce, Tomatoes, onions, (a little mayo)...... Order two large subs for pickup on 9/14/2024, When I got home with subs, the order was wrong. No oregano, no oil, no extra mayonnaise. It's was simple order, how could you mess this order up? When I call back to Robertos, to tell them my order was incorrect, their response was bring it back, and they put the missing items on sub. That would be a waste of my time & gas ie. Money. They should have taken my name and number and make services adjustments on next order. So they just lost our business. good guys here. i ordered two subs, an italian and a bacon cheese burger, i said they will both be large if it is under $20 and asked the guy to check how much it would be. he said about $15.30ish, i forgot the actual price. soo i had them make it, walked home and saw one of a 9inch and not the 13 so i called and spoke to a another on the phone and told him that i had ordered 2 large. the first guy must have misunderstood me but they were going to make it right because i thought they charged me for two large. which they didn't. i was charged correctly for what i got and was informed of this when i got in but they still gave me the second large with no extra cost. giving a nice review is the least i can do. i'll also probably go and pay back the extra when i am...
