This place is a waste of money. We got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl, I’ve seen more chicken on a ham sandwich, small portions The help sounded like he was a 50 year smoker or had covid in the third degree. Not sure he ever covered his cough or washed his hands was also handling his personal phone. Yuck don’t waste your time or money. Posted next day after owner response I would like to offer a few facts as the response from the owner of OMG chicken shack seems to be defensive instead of proactive and addressing the issues, first I see why it’s called Oh My God. In the response they state it has one full chicken thigh, lol at Panda you get two, at Mitori Terryaki you get two at least portions ate huge. Prices are less. Panda for a bowl $9.90. Mitori $10.00 bucks. It appears they don’t care about how clean things are in their response they make excuses and attack me. Well I left things out. The roof leaks the front door is broke and the whole place was dirty. Let’s address the cell phone, it’s proven cell phones are as dirty as a toilet seat. The help coughed all over everything!!! I’ll Post the owners response. “ Response from the owner 12 hours ago Hi Marty, There is a whole chicken thigh with the teriyaki rice bowl. It comes in a 20oz bowl. Not sure how much food you're looking for in a $11 entree. Maybe next time go to a buffet? We've never been criticized having small portions. Also, it's cold and flu season, people cough! Huw can you not be sure if he covered his cough? Weird statement. Tgey are trained to wash there hands frequently, especially after coughing. Yes, kids get in their phone. We try to stop it, but that's very difficult. Sounds like you had a bad day. Hopefully someone can give you a hug! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! “ if the owner is anything like the restaurant I’ll pass on that hug. Attack me if you have to but it shows your character and in the end that’s all you have is bad character. If an honest review sets you off. Then you’re in over your head. Better chicken cheaper can be found...

They dont take phone orders, if you would like to preorder you must do it over an app I couldnt get to work. When i called they explained they are worried with people not paying first. (Geez, what happened to give them a pickle philosophy). When we drove in they didnt have sandwich options. When taking the order he missed an entre order, didnt catch it until looking at receipt. Not happy with 90 percent of this vist. Honestly it will be a long while before I try again.

I seriously hope this isn't Kim response to this review. I would be shocked. How unprofessional this is. My guess would be the alleged "assaulted teen age girl who said she was the manager. " and yes I am surprised that you don't take orders on the phone, I didn't consider you fast food. I was under the impresion you were a resturant who made there own chicken and batter ect. If you are just fast food and throw sysco frozen items to be fried. Then why are you special? Several resturants offer the same menue items. Why if you DONT take pre orders, then why do you have a door dash ap for that then???? 🤔 I do appreciate you trying to be my totalitarian leader though, worried about my food not being hot, but frankly thats not your busnies. You have no idea whats going on in my life. Thank you for making sure I won't return, and as an added bonus not recommending it to anyone. Your already struggling as your parking lot is mostly empty, and there have been rumors for a while you were closing This would have been a good opportunity for you to fix your lack of experience. omg chicken isn't special, as you stated, your just another fast food place. DAVES DOES IT BETTER.

Now to address the snatched out of your hands it hurt your wrist so bad you could barely write the response to this review. PLEASE post the video on YouTube so we can all see you handing it to my son who took it from you, not snatched and handed it to me. That way we can all share in the revelation that you falsely accused one of your guests of...

I liked it better than I thought I would. It is buffet style with a server ladling food out from behind sneeze guards. I ordered ribs and bacon with mac and cheese and beans. It had an Upscale/Western Subway appeal (Yes, I saw someone else made a similar comment).

I'll be honest, I was not wowed by anything, but did enjoy everything. I take that back, I like whatever tea choice that was made for the sweet tea. I suspect it is not Lipton's. Meat was very tender with crispy bits and house made sauce (again, I suspect).

Mac and cheese not heavy on the cheese flavor, but had great texture. The noodles still had a little bit a texture to them (not mushy) and the sauce was all sorts of the right kind of gooey. I should have thought to try their BBQ sauce with the M&C.

Beans, correct me if I am wrong, these started from a can. It does not matter. I love those canned beans and these were well elevated. They were spicy and tangy and made me think of eating canned beans growing up, but this one tasting much better.

So overall, I enjoyed my food. I have been to a few BBQ joints and this one was a first for me, but still enjoyed my experience and food.

Tables were promptly cleaned after abandoned. Servers were very friendly and helpful as well. I was very perplexed when I walked in. I was taken care of and pointed towards...

This is no longer Smoked, now OMG Chicken Shack, spinoff from OMG Burger. Food and service were good. The chicken and fries were crispy and tasty, came with some sauces and sides like coleslaw and potato salad. All fine. I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, and it was okay — good sauce but it was mostly cheese soup, you can see the picture. This was a problem when it was Smoked, too. Overall, it was just fine. I like chicken tenders. I think the problem is that it’s just fine, and not more. It’s about $12-16 depending if you get 3 or 4 tenders. That’s premium for just fine. The menu competes head to head with the gas station chicken at Dave’s — I think OMG’s product is still better — but I don’t honestly crave it like Chick-fil-A or Hattie B’s Nashville hot chicken. I’d love a real meat chicken nugget offering, or spicy Nashville style with hot chili oil in the batter and drizzled, as an option served with onions and pickle, and since I love Mac and cheese, consider looking at why it’s always soupy — maybe spiral rotini noodles would go better? I feel like there’s 3x the amount of sauce needed and the noodles just float in cheese. Overall good, but it’s not quite crave-worthy for me. I’ll be back though, I like eating local.

I got the chicken sandwich with fries. Good sandwich and even better fries. Two good size sauces come with the meal, one fry sauce and another of your choice. There were about 12 different sauces to choose from. The breading of the chicken was good, what I didn't like about the sandwich was that it was two chicken tenders instead of one half chicken breast. This didn't affect the structure of the sandwich or the taste, it's just my preference to have a chicken breast instead of tinders on my sandwich. The atmosphere was good. I went at noon and got there right before the lunch rush. But, even with the rush I didn't see people waiting long for their food. Now... would I go back? Absolutely, the menu wasn't big but the food was delicious. Oh, also they have 10% senior and military discount.

We made our first visit here tonight and will definitely be back. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and efficient even though it was quite busy and he was the only one working the front. The ranch for the chicken was great, and the breading on the chicken strips was fluffy and not greasy. Their macaroni and potato salads are close to what I make, and that impresses me :-) Also, the pricing was reasonable, and that's saying something these days! Everything was very good!
