Update:edit: Recent experience has been amazing. I specify to make sure the burgers are warm, bacon is crispy and ask for extra Mayo because it's dry otherwise. Minor inconvenience to have to specify these things to get it made right but well worth it. Double Whopper for $3, $.30 to add two half strips of bacon. When it's warm and juicy you can't beat it.
To expand on some reviews below. I found out that they make everything in batches in a broiler, hence why food has been cold and dry and unappetizing. Ask them to make it fresh it makes all the difference in the world.
Came for the $3 Double Whopper coupon. The app wouldn't process. Manager said she couldn't honor coupon. So we bought the buy 1 get 1 Whopper. It was cold. Cheese was put on top of veggies instead of burger so it wouldn't have melted anyways. Thrown together sloppy. Got a large fry, they were old and not edible. Purchased to go and had to stop by the house to microwave our burgers. Saddest part is the managers excuse that they couldn't honor the coupon when I've been to this location and had them honor it no problem. Haven't been back since.
Tried the chicken parm sandwich. App wouldn't go through so they made it for us for free. It was cold, wouldn't reorder even if it was hot and free.
It's very hit and miss. I didn't bother complaining or asking for anything to be made properly, didn't have time and not worth it. Would go frequently if their staff knew how to serve hot and freshly made food vs cold and old that's clearly been sitting there for an hour+. Honestly whoever serves pre made fries that sit there and can't manage to sear a burger properly when there's no line and no customers should be ashamed and fired. The female manager that doesn't ensure quality needs to. I understand if you rush somethings when it's busy but at 10pm with 0 customers there's no excuse, just pure incompetence.
Original: Went here at night for the $1 whopper coupon and omg it was amazing, hot, fresh, fresh veggies, perfect. Came back a week later during the day, they seemed unorganized and unprofessional, rude, my burger came out cold and dry with hardly anything on it as far as veggies and condiments.

Read moreWent to Pendleton Burger King tonight for the last time. Waited 25 minutes in a line I couldn’t get out of just to place my order - then another 15 minutes after I ordered. By the time I got to the window I was irritated so I asked the cashier if my food was ready because I wasn’t waiting any longer, I had already been in line for 40 minutes. I was not yelling, nor did I raise my voice at all but I was irritated and my voice was probably gruff, I’ll admit.
Then this guy comes to the window and instead of trying to defuse the situation by apologizing for the wait and explaining what the hold up was - he says “Are you yelling at my coworker?” To which I replied, “no I’m not yelling , but I am irritated” then the guy got really rude and proceeded to tell me how he is cooking by himself and there is only the two of them there.
I’m sorry, I don’t buy that because the car ahead of me waited fifteen minutes for their order for two small bags of food. Anyone could have cooked that in less then 10 and what ever happened to customer service? A simple apology would have gone a long way in my opinion.

I hate to give this restaurant less than five stars because I have had many good experiences at this establishment however, while I was delivering DoorDash this afternoon, I had the worst experience I have ever had at this Burger King, bar none. This speaks to experiences that I have had in that establishment as an employee there, nearly 20 years ago. At that time the restaurant was ran by Dan and it ran smooth as butter. This afternoon while I was waiting for my customers order, the customer service was absolutely terrible, the employees have not 1 ounce of positive energy and not 1 inch of a positive attitude.
