Subway — Restaurant in Pendleton

Our family hardly orders out as we don't usually have the money. Today we spent $25 on 2 subs. I asked for extra mayo and received none. I did not realize until I got home and it was too late to turn around as the baby wanted to eat. I called the store seriously 8 times, I counted. I was hung up on one time. When somebody finally answered, I think they could tell I was not very happy. They apologized and made the excuse of being very busy. I was there 5 minutes before this. Their lobby was full with eating customers but there was no line either in the drive thru or inside. So to me this was a lousy excuse of somebody trying to not get in trouble. I was offered a free sub, but I didn't call to get free food. I called because they can't read an order right and something that said extra mayo got none. This is not the first time something was forgotten on my sub from this place. The only reason I marked a 3 star and not a 1 star is because the boy that answered did try to make it right but at the same time made up half a** excuses...

I was passing through Pendleton recently and stopped at this Subway for lunch. I asked the employee if there was an extra charge for adding meat, and he said “Yes, unless you get one from the menu which comes with different meets.” One of the options is the B.M.T which comes with Turkey, Salami, and Pepperoni and costs $6.59 according to their website. Assuming that I would not incur an additional charge, I ordered Turkey and Salami (because I didn’t want the Pepperoni). I was charged $1 for “adding meet,” but did not question it because I assumed they got me on a technicality even though it is completely unreasonable. Then, after eating my sandwich, I looked at there menu online and realized I was charged $2 extra. For some reason my sandwich $7.59 with +$1 for the meat. When I tried calling them, they did not pick up. The manager was not very friendly either. It’s worth your time to find another restaurant or Subway and go there instead. For a student $2 is a big hit when it comes to unreasonable prices and bad...

This is for the southgate location in Pendleton Or. apparently the staff can not read a ordera all the way to completion. My husband abd I went to The drive-through ( Mistake one) Place the order on a machine so not a live person to write it down wrong. The only part of our order that was right was the bread and the meat. Wrong toppings.! Wrong condiments! And on one no condiments!!!! But of course you don’t find this out till you get home and you’ve wasted 40 bucks on food. You didn’t order it. It’s a sandwich.!!!!!
