Stopped for diner. Ordered the nachos with chicken. Maybe they didn’t realize you pay $5 extra for chicken but if you’re not going to put enough on you shouldn’t offer it. Had the French onion soup and that was good but one was cold. Then I ordered the caprese salad and the bacon wrapped bbq shrimp from the specials menu. Both were not good. Would think special items would be especially good. Also had ribs and wings that were dry with watery barbque sauce poured on top. Each of us had a blue moon. One was flat and the other was good, not sure how that even happens. Waitress never came back to see if everything was ok let alone see if we wanted another drink. Only saw her to collect the check. Not sure if ours was the normal experience but likely wont be back.

If you've had enough of the crowds of Jim Thorpe and just want a quiet, tasty, meal then look no further. A few minutes outside of JT is this gem of a place. The food is amazing. I got the Garlic Herb wings while my significant other ordered Hot wings. Cooked perfectly! We also got a bowl of French Onion Soup which we get every time we go. I highly recommend.

The food was amazing and very well priced. We came in to avoid a rainstorm whole waiting to go white water rafting. Very reasonable prices and good portions. Delicious food. The menu is smaller, but everyone found many options and our group has.weird dietary restrictions. Was great

Never again! I had gone here two years ago and the food was terrible. Someone told me a new owner took it over and redid the menus. I was looking forward to a good change close to home. Boy was I disappointed. We sat ourselves. The waiter came over and acted like we were bothering her rather than being guests and paying customers. The food was taking pretty long for bar food, but I'd wait for good food. When it came out, it was pretty terrible! My friend and I got shrimp. Tasted like someone fried shrimp yesterday, put them in the fridge overnight, then microwaved them before serving. Soggy, no taste. The fries tasted the same..like day old fries that had come out of the fridge. My friend asked to speak with a manager . The waitress gave us a hard time, then walked away while we were talking to her. She came back with someone I can only guess is the cook or owner? She was a deshiveled older lady with stained up clothes and a tongue piercing. We mentioned for $50, the food was really terrible. She became very rude with us and said were the only ones that are complaining, and the prices are right on the menu. The price isn't the point. I'll pay good money for good food..but I could have made the food 100x better at home. It was Friday night and the place was empty. I'm assuming we're not the only ones.. we went out and were venting to each other in the parking lot how rude the staff was, and someone that was sitting at the bar came out to smoke. He agreed their food is pretty terrible, but said there isn't a whole lot around here and being across from white water rafting they have business regardless how terrible it is. Tourists dont know. What shocked me most was how we were treated by the staff. I'll...

We went with another couple and both ordered nacho supreme, they both came out looking completely different, one the cheese was not even melted and ours had next to no cheese. We ordered buffalo shrimp and a shrimp basket, but the shrimp were under cooked with buffalo sauce thrown on top, and the fries were soggy, full of oil! The wings we order were small but Ok, again buffalo sauce squirted on top. The garlic wings came sitting in grease with some butter. When I asked to talk to a manager, our waitress first asked me from across the room why, I replied that I had concerns about the food. She then replied that the manager was not there. We were then greeted by a person with a greasy shirt and an attitude because I had concerns about the food. I told the women my thoughts about the food and that I did not think $14.95 for 10 shrimp was a fair price since they were not cooked correctly. I was given more excuses and attitude. I decided this place was not worth arguing about and walked out. They do not care what the customer thinks of the food or service and will never go back to this place. I am also a local here. Don't know how they get 4.4...
