Was there just a bit ago. They moved from wings dings to whole wings was a unpleasant surprise. Must have restaffed from the last time we were there as well because nothing was the same as the past 2 times we were there. (The wings were at least acceptable and edible the previous times we were there). Wings were waaaaayyy overdone. We got 39 wings. 13 Honey mustard tasted like it was bottled honey mustard not very good at all very little mustard taste. We also got 26 hot ranch. They did not mix the sauce. They use some sort of off brand ranch that tasted like nothing and used a ton of it with very little hot sauce that was just drizzled over the wings. This batch of wings was also waaay overdone as well. They claim to use premium chicken and premium ingredients which accounts for thier high price ($57.75). In my opinion no ingredient was premium they all taste very weird tbh. I will not visit this place again. Very very let down for the cost and quality of food. To the owner when people order hot ranch most would expect the ranch to be orangish in color. Not a yellowish white with drizzled hot sauce. We literally ate 2 from each box and threw the rest in the trash. Disgusting. Want good wings? do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

The manager had left the restaurant to get the steak and has not returned. I asked for a manager, but he was the one who left to get the steak meat. I asked the lady I was talking to on the phone for her name and she told me that I didnāt need her name. There was no one there to rectify the situation. The choice given was for the Dasher to wait maybe another 10 minutes for him to possibly arrive. Then it would take another 15 minutes for them to make the order and then the Dasher would have to deliver it to me. This entire situation was ridiculous and unacceptable from a restaurant! The manager shouldāve restricted people from being able to order steak, which can be done on the website. But when you have the I donāt care attitude, you donāt care to take the time to do that! Theyād rather have a ridiculous situation such as this one. This is unheard of from a restaurant. They have gone from bad to worse! I will never order...

When telling the man on the phone he said they didnāt have me order. I explained they didnāt have it yet because it is set to be picked up at 5 but I couldnāt change the order. He assured me they would see what they needed when it came through and hurried me off the phone. Of course when I get there, thereās sauces all over the burger and when explaining to the older lady working the entire situation and phone interaction Iām met with an attitude. She basically told me the burger is made and I should have called even though I said I did call repeatedly. Iāve come to this location weekly since starting school nearby despite their inability to cook a burger anything but well done, but this the straw that will keep me...
