H's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Penn Hills

I came to Pittsburgh to visit friends. And made friends when we left. But this place right here...!!! Gave me good vibes. It's a small bar but man when I tell you the wings are FIRE!!! I mean FIIIIRRRREEE! We ordered 12 and ate 1 when was there only because the music was so good we forgot to eat. LOL So when we got back to the room I decided to try them again. The worst service I’ve ever had. We made a reservation online and needed to edit it. Called 4 times, was hung up on twice. Other two times, no answer. When we got here, our table wasn’t ready for 30 minutes. When we sat down 5/6 of the drink menu was unavailable and half of the food menu. The waitress was a mess.
