Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Penn Township

I will never order from this location ever again!!! I picked up food on 8/16/19. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. My order was unacceptable whenever I brought it home and looked at it. We did not get the correct amount of wings. Can these people count?? I ordered 2 orders of wings, which is 16. I received 12 wings. My one pizza was terrible. I wanted a thin crust with only spinach. I got a stuffed crust pizza without the cheese stuffing in the crust. There was a gaping hole through the crust and the top was open. I would have rather had the stuffed crust than an unfilled crust. Actually, I would have liked if someone would read directions and make the thin crust that I wanted in the first place. It looked like someone forgot to add the spinach and then added HANDFULS of spinach to it last minute. The spinach was cooked in some parts and others weren't. Very dry and inedible. There was so much spinach on the pizza, that you couldn't even see the cheese. How hard is it to make pizzas and count wings?? A previous time I ordered bread-sticks. They came in one big piece uncut! Seriously?? Maybe someone lost the bread-stick cutter?? The counter service was terrible as well. Myself and 3 other customers stood there waiting for our pick ups and no one came to help for a long time. We saw heads from the people making the food in the back occasionally pop up and look at us, but no one came out. Done with...

Absolutely appalled at the management at this Harrison City Pizza Hut. We ordered garlic parm bone out wing. They called and said they didn't have the sauce, fine, got a different flavor. The food arrives and we open the wing container. 6 wings are normal size, 2 'wings' are absurdly small! One is BARLEY the size of a quarter and is MAYBE a quarter inch thick. The other is a purely a just a piece of breading!!

I called to complain, the pathetic management just talked through the young employee. They literally told her 'that's just our wings, if we make it again it it will be the same' ... so 6 wings, one scrap, and one piece of breading.... she said they could make it again but I have to go pick it up... they make a mistake and would've had to go get it!! She offered credit, credit won't feed my family tonight. She had to ask for them to deliver it and it took quite some time on hold... so now I will be waiting 50 minutes to replace my two pathetic scraps of 'wing'... never again.

Following up: delivered an hour later. They did send a chocolate chip cookie and new wing. Wings that barely had sauce on them... thanks for sending barely sauced wings to...

I give this store a 0 rate stars now. I’ve never had a problem with this Pizza Hut until a couple weeks ago. I placed and order it NEVER arrived. No one even notified me to at least tell me it wasn’t going to be coming. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES NO ONE ANSWERSSSS. I ordered again a couple days ago and tried to get in contact about what happened with my last order. AGAIN my pizza didn’t arrive for almost 2 HOURS and on top of that they did my delivery through DoorDash which I didn’t know about so I had to get in contact with DoorDash to just cancel it at that point because who the hell would want their food hours later!!! No one would answer the phone NOTHING. If they did get a new number or something happened I should’ve been notified!!! they need to update it on the website!!! I’m so disappointed and upset because I love Pizza Hut and I deserve a big free meal honestly for what I have been through SMH!! I will be contacting corporate when I...
