This used to be such a great place to order from, especially since they deliver locally. But within the last month there has been a change of owners, and you can definitely tell that there is a change in the customer service. It's a matter of time and time again that I begin to order, I notice new changes. I always loved with the previous owners if you wanted to switch out say the sauces for your side for your stromboli.. I always usually ask for ranch instead of marinara. The previous owners would count it as an equal switch out and not charge you. These owners will charge you extra for it and don't accept substitutions without an upcharge for everything else and was flat out told that. I've had an experience where the quality of the food was off just once with the previous owners and I addressed it to them and they gave a gratituity discount for my next purchase which I didn't even expect. But it made me feel they valued my return. Just the other day I ordered wings with the new owners... Upon delivering, the wings were like popcorn chicken you would buy at the grocery store and throw into the oven. They were absolutely dry and there was zero sauce . I don't know about you, but you can't have wings without sauce. I spoke with the manager and she told me that is was because they were busy so the sauce most likely dried up in the course of delivery and encouraged me to ask for extra sauce in the future (which will no doubt cost me extra as mentioned prior.) I mean really? Why do you have to ask for them to apply extra of something that should already be applied to it? She never even sounded reassuring that they would change this in the future. It made me feel like it was my error and not theirs. I'm not typically one to complain, but this is definitely not the same place it has been for years. Customer service was phenomonel with the previous owners. These are just not the same...

Short Version: Skip this place. For pizza in Manheim go to A&M pizza or Grazianos. They'll treat you way better. Also conclusion of this story is that we got the pizza for free anyway even though the manager wanted to be a jerk! 😂 He literally told me that he didn't care if I gave him a poor review of his establishment! What kind of manager says something like that? Let's prove to him that Google reviews do make a difference and that he needs to show more respect to his customers

THE WORST THING you can do to someone who works in customer service is GIVE THEM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Incredibly poor experience with their delivery service. They apparently couldn't find the address even though it was the At&t store in the Doe Run shopping complex right down the street. Instead of calling they simply went back and let it go. We received no phone calls that the driver couldn't find the address and after over an hour we finally called to ask where our pizza was. This is where the customer service really started showing it's true colors, any other pizza place would have simply apologized and made it right but the manager had the audacity to say that it was our fault for not seeing the driver and kept insisting that they had called us while the driver had been there. Now I do work for At&t and I do know how to read a call log and yet they kept insisting that they had called us which is absolutely rediculous! They wanted to offer me a free soda and that was it. We went to the store and showed him the call logs that proved that we had not been called. Only upon request did he take the minute that it took to compare the order receipt to the driver's phone and realized that the driver typed in the wrong number. NOW WAS THAT REALLY SO HARD? or were you just being a jerk for no reason. THE CUSTOMER IS...

We attempted to order delivery to our hotel, about 2 miles away, and were told that they couldn't deliver to us for at least an hour due to traffic. Since we were not sure where else yo order from, we just asked to place the order to be delivered in an hour and were told that they still couldn't take our order for delivery because they weren't sure what traffic would be like in an hour......... Seriously?! We ended up getting someone to go pick up the food, only a six minute drive, and were super irritated that they wouldn't just deliver.

The food was ok, but they were not accommodating at all. We ordered two pizzas and a chicken finger platter. My friend asked to substitute the fried for curly fries and we were told that they don't have those. We questioned the fact that curly fries were listed on their menu and were told that curly fries were only used to make loaded fries. Again, Seriously?! You have the damn fries, why can't you just upcharge us and accommodate the request?! When the food arrived, the chicken finger platter was saturated in honey mustard and the fries were soggy.

We stay at the hotel down the road at least once a year. Next time we will 100% be ordering from...

My husband and I were traveling between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and decided to stop at Rino’s Pizza for a quick dinner — so glad we did! The tomato bisque soup of the day was incredible: rich, creamy, and slightly sweet with bits of fresh tomato. I ordered the penne à la vodka with blackened chicken — it was perfectly cooked, generously portioned (I’ll be enjoying leftovers for days!), and full of flavor with its cheesy, creamy tomato sauce. My husband had the Rino’s Special Penne, and he loved it. The employee working that evening was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us decide what to order and making us feel right at home. Everything tasted freshly made, the portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth a stop if you’re anywhere nearby!

Our first time being here. We went down Friday night for the Ren faire and were looking for a place for supper. We found an ad for this place, so we tried it instead of our usual place. I got a buffalo chicken pizza, my brother got a half cheese half ham, and we split bacon cheese curly fries. First came the fries. It was definitely a generous portion. Then the pizzas came out. They were supposed to be personals, and they were quite big for personal pizzas. At that point I knew we weren't finishing the fries. The fries were excellent. Well cooked, crispy, two kinds of cheese. My pizza was spicy. It wasn't to hot but the perfect amount of heat and flavor. We did say if this place is open next year we'll try it again when we go back to the Ren faire.

Pizza By the Slice! I was travelling through PA on the turnpike and searched Google Maps for "Slice of Pizza" and I found Rino's, and was not disappointed. The Slices were New York Style and had that extra crispy crust that I love. Great service and a beautiful deck where we cod sit outside after a long drive. Two Slices and a drink for $5.99 - hard to beat that anywhere.
