McDonald's — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

Worst McDonald ever!!!! Drive through cashier and the manager has the worst attitude ever!!!!! Used a coupon deal the cashier said didn’t work because the 2 mc chicken deal. Told her to remove the mc chicken so I can use the code. She removed it. I asked if it went through. She said it went through and works. So, I paid her the money then she closed the window so I can move up to the next window. I didn’t move up because I wanted the receipt that she didn’t wanted to give me. Checked the receipt and “surprisingly” there was no deal taken off. I told her then she slam the window and called the manager. The manager came out with a nasty attitude as well saying the coupon don’t work probably because the McNuggets was spicy. I told her can she make it regular nuggets so the coupon can go through. She told me to park and go inside and replace my whole entire order because I’m holding up the line when there wasn’t any line to even hold up. I told her to just cancel my order and just give me my refund. She didn’t even want to give me my refund at the window and told me to park at pick up #1 and she would bring it out for me. I’ve waited for about 5-10 minutes during that time they still had no customer inside nor in the drive through line. So, I pulled back up at the cashier line and she was standing there with my change that she didn’t bother even bringing it out to me like she doesn’t want to refund me. After she gave me my money back I counted my money and she still gave me the wrong refund. That’s pretty sad 1 they don’t want to take my order and 2 they didn’t even want to even pay me back my money and my childrens were looking forward for...

I happened upon this McDonald’s in my travels. Now, I’m in a semi. It’s not easy to do sometimes in these bigger cities. First off, for our trucker buddies reading this, there’s decent parking here. Now onto the restaurant! I needed to use the restroom first. Immaculate!! I ordered my food with the lady behind the counter. She was so pleasant. Within a very short amount of time my order was ready! Food was perfect and hot! Very crispy hash brown. That’s very unusual, but I always appreciate it when they come crispy like this one was. I also had a sausage egg and cheese muffin. Very fresh, hot, and the muffin was toasted perfectly. I ate indoors, and the entire restaurant was very clean. Floors were not sticky or greasy like some restaurants have been known to be. A great experience here and would recommend for certain! Great job to the staff here. They care...

DO NOT GO HERE! They hire non speaking English people for drive thru today they tried giving me luke warm food with hard bread. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel bacon egg and cheese biscuit 2 hash browns and hot cakes they didn’t give me my hash browns at first plus the sandwiches was Luke warm and and hard the hot cakes were Luke warm so they just giving food that’s been sitting out for awhile. When I finally got home with the hot sandwiches they gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel not sausage. So if you choose to go to this horrible place check your food because they hire people incompetent. And the only response I got was by the one manager if they want to work then they will be...
