I'm not quite sure what the issue is with fast food places, especially McDonald's and Arby's to say the least. They keep talking about declining sales and yet they do nothing to address the elephant in the room! When ordering, there is a lack of common sense, attention, and ability to listen to the customer. There could be an empty line, yet the rush never stops, which makes the service suffer that much more! Example: upon getting in line I'm asked if I'm using the app? I reply yes, the code is ("alpha, John, Peter, 584") . The person says I don't see anything for John! I replied multiple times by trying to cut off the person politely as he kept rambling on. Saying no, no, no John is so you can understand what letter I'm using. So then he says ok I see you have an order for Kim? Yes I do, I replied. Ok pull around he says. So I do and get my receipt and go to the second window. Still no one behind me. Person comes to the window and hands me a drink and says can you pull up to the 1st parking spot. I said yes to her and said can I have sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard. She said yes no problem. After circling and waiting for a car to leave that spot, I pulled into the spot. Yet still no one in line in the drive through. After a few minutes, the order came and I looked in the bag and no sauce was in there. So I drove through the drive through again and asked for the sauce. Her answer was classic! ( We were all out of sweet and sour, so I didn't give you anything!) Wow I thought to myself. Most would have given double of one type in its place, not just assume that you wanted nothing at all. This unfortunately is Everytime we stop at McDonald's at this location. I'm guessing management is just as bad. I think paying 15.00 to start messing up orders is a bit low. Maybe give them 20.00 per hour. Lol This is why automation is at the forefront and people are complaining about not having work. Because work takes work, and people don't want to learn how to work. Also if you have accumulated points for free food. Forget about it! You'll have those points for years to come. You can only redeem one purchase per day per account.    Read moreBy far, the worst of this McDonalds was the atmosphere, with very loud, not calming or relaxing music, that then got turned up louder at the "dinner hour" time frame. Added to that were the loud, even yelling, employees that simply added to the unpleasant cacophony. There were conversations that we could easily discern from the farthest seat away from the sercice counter, about "that corporate guy", and incorrect orders, and when the next employee arrived, and "where is Andrea"...over and over, just loud and disturbing to a pleasant stay, even for a fast food-low-level of expectation. The fries were not terribly hot, employees weren't able to serve the Shamrock Shake, and the bathrooms and dining area were just so-so from a cleanliness perspective. They alao were either short-staffed or poorly managed, as the person taking orders at the counter was also the person taking drive-thru orders, leaving inside customers confused as she stood before them talking into her headphones, taking orders while ignoring the people in front of her waiting to order.    Read moreI had a bad experience today at this McDonaldâs location. I used the mobile order app to order 2 large McCafĂ© drinks. One hot and one cold, each with specific ingredient instructions. When I got to the pick up window, the girl handed me 2 cold drinks. When I questioned her she simply said âwell thatâs what was wrung inâ. I knew of course that it wasnât because Iâm the one who ordered it! So, not wanting to hold up the drive thru, I parked. Upon entering the store, I immediately heard the drive thru employee who had waited on me saying something along the lines of â...you should have heard this b*h that just went through here...â The manager also had an attitude problem when I presented the problem to him. In the end, the manager remade both drinks and gave me a full refund for both drinks. They STILL werenât made correctly! I didnât have any more time to waste waiting on the drinks to be made yet again. I was satisfied with the resolution in the end, but I really just wanted my caramel...
