Ordered some pizza for the family online as I normally do using my Domino's profile. I tracked my order waiting for Jeffery to knock on my door so I can get my order since it's hands free delivery from the Covid19. I waited 5 minutes or so and looked on the tracker for it to say my order was delivered but it hasn't been. When I called they told me that the delivery driver called numerous times and so had the store. I explained I had ordered countless times on the website and never had any problems. I then told Alana I would just pick it up myself. I arrived and told them who I was and in doing so I asked for my delivery charge and tip to be taken off and a woman claiming to be a manager told me she was not going to give me no refund on anything. I ask what her name was and she told me she wasn't giving me that either. After coming out of my character and saying things I wish I could take back I left. With that said the woman who wouldn't give me her name and claiming to be a manager should be dismissed from working there after showing how unprofessional and unable to show good customer service. I did say things I know I shouldn't and feel great remorse for it, but there is no reason for a manager to conduct themselves in that manner. My last time I will order from...
Read moreI’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m very disappointed in the experience I just had. Domino’s has always been my favorite pizza place, and in the past I’ve always had good experiences with this shop. After tonight, I will be taking a break from Domino’s for a while, and a break from this shop forever. I ordered a medium cheese/pepperoni pizza for delivery - and when I received it, it took two bites to realize the pizza was very undercooked. I called the shop and spoke with the manager, I kindly said that the pizza was undercooked to see what options I had (a new one being made, refund, etc). Rather than help me, the manager rudely stated that they had never had someone complain about such an experience and that they had made many pizzas that day. I offered to bring the pizza to the shop, to show that it was undercooked but the manager continued to rudely speak to me as if he did not believe me. Read moreOn 07/09/17 at 10:15pm I did an online order soon after I placed the order I received a phone call advising that they don't deliver at night in the area of Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive.....The next day on 07/10/17 at 2:01pm I did an online order and thirty minutes had passed......I went online to track my order but it kept saying my order wasn't found.....I contacted the store to see what was going on with my order and the manager said he had cancelled my order because they don't do any deliveries over here.....I asked him why didn't he contact me to let me know that....He advised that it wasn't his place and they don't handle online orders.....So why even have an online ordering system that no one is in control of???? Why can't the business place a listing of the areas you guys don't deliver to???? With a business like this the managers need to be more PROFESSIONAL and have customer service.....I will never do business with any Domino's pizza...
