Great sandwiches however my only complaint is they’ve got a line of 10 people and they’re telling people they close soon. It’s 4:46 PM. Maybe consider keeping your hours a little bit longer on Sunday because the Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday only place to eat at Pensacola airport.

Ordered a few sandwiches. Approximately $16 each. Asked for cup of water and worker gave me bottled water for free. It was on a Sunday night. The worker was a young black male. He seemed very proactive in sweeping floors and pushing in chairs. Military discount given.

I need to take a plane twice a month several times I stop in this business, it is very uncomfortable, in the bakery, a girl, is always like laughing at customers, it's not just with me, I've seen her laughing at others, that's not funny.

If there's a perfect way to describe the Einstein Bros. Bagels located at the Pensacola, FL airport, it's a beacon of comfort for early travelers! On a recent trip, I had the pleasure of stopping by this gem before my flight during the wee hours of the morning. I wasn't just met with the warm ambience of the café but also the aromatic promise of quality coffee that wafted through the air, instantly lifting my spirits.

The star of the morning was, without a doubt, the hot Café Mocha I ordered. Anyone who's had to endure an early morning flight knows the struggle of finding that perfect beverage to kickstart the day. Well, Einstein Bros. didn't just deliver; they exceeded every expectation. The mocha was a harmonious symphony of rich, indulgent chocolate, perfectly balanced with the robust and smooth nuances of espresso. It was served at just the right temperature, hot enough to be comforting in the early morning coolness but not scalding.

What I truly appreciated was the frothy, creamy texture of the milk that was steamed to perfection, a testament to the skill of the barista. The drink was adorned with a light dusting of cocoa, a delightful treat for the eyes as much as for the taste buds. Every sip felt like a warm hug, infusing a sense of calm and pleasure amidst the typical hustle and bustle of airport mornings.

But it wasn't just the impeccable quality of their Café Mocha that made Einstein Bros. stand out. The staff, even at such an early hour, were the epitome of cheerfulness and professionalism. Their smiles were genuine, and their service was quick, ensuring that even passengers in a rush could grab their coffee without the stress of running late.

The café itself boasted a clean, inviting environment. Despite the compact nature of airport locations, Einstein Bros. had managed to create a cozy space where travelers could take a moment to relax. The hygiene standards were notably high, a particularly reassuring sight to behold in these times when cleanliness is next in line to godliness.

In every aspect, Einstein Bros. Bagels at the Pensacola airport demonstrated exceptional service and quality. They proved to be not just a café, but a vital part of the travel experience, offering solace and a burst of flavor to passengers starting their journeys. It's a definitive must-visit for anyone passing through Pensacola and in need of a heartwarming beverage done right. Their Café Mocha is not just a drink; it's an experience - one that I'll be eager to relive the next time I find myself at Pensacola airport in the early...

Horrible service. Felt unwelcome and totally unimportant as a customer. Requested a small cup of coffee with non dairy creamer. Was told rudely by the manager who was counting money that there was a non-dairy creamer by the coffees. I noticed that all they had was half and half but since I had been to this location several times I also knew that they had almond milk in the fridge behind the counter. I advised the lady that there was no non-dairy creamer by the coffees and she told me that they did not have any then. I stated that I had been there the week prior and was given almond milk and even pointed at the fridge. She reaffirmed rudely that no they did not have any non-dairy creamers or milk. As if very annoyed and with pure disregard she then told me that she would check after she was done counting money. The employee next to her then spoke up and said that they do have almond milk and reached into the fridge to get it. I felt unwelcome, and non important as a customer and will choose never to buy anything else here because of this experience. I would not recommend this Einstein bagels to family or friends. This is not our first negative encounter but the straw that made me take time out of my busy day to actually...

I was passing through Pensacola to Fort Walton Beach and on the way home stopped to eat breakfast at the Einstein's in the lounge area. Initially I was not hungry, but after waiting a little while Johnny made me the best bagel sandwich. This man is authentic and genuine. I could have talked to him all day. He provided excellent customer service and understands the human element's role in business. It's not all about turning out customers. Sometimes you need to take a minute and appreciate your clients, and that is exactly what Johnny did for me on one of the most difficult days. This man needs a promotion or at least a raise. He needs to be appreciated and the only way to show it is financially. I wish him the best. Thank...
