Server named "Re" is THE WORST!! I ordered the shrimp rice bowl with an order of onion rings. A different woman brought my rice bowl out, I said I also ordered a side of onion rings. She said oh ok. Left and never saw her again. Meanwhile, I had to ask another server for a straw for my water. Same server asked the table next to me if they would like any soy sauce or hot sauce for their rice bowl. Wow! I was Never asked any of that. In fact, I NEVER saw my server "Re" again. I waited 35 mins, finished my rice bowl. I had to flag down Re and asked where are my onion rings. Another 10 mins. She walked by me and I asked again. She said oh, they are coming. I said no, I'm finished with my food. I would like 1/2 off my food order and remove the onions. I said I had to ask 3x for onion rings. She shouted at me and said, YOU ONLY TOLD ME 1X.. I said, no maam. I ordered them initially, asked another server who brought my food out, then asked you (Re) a second time. I said I would like to speak with a manager. She said there is no manager on the floor. I said I would like to.speak with any manager. Said we don't have any managers. She was so very rude. She said, I cannot give you 1/2 off. I can give you a discount. Then she goes on to say it was not her fault because the cooks put in another order. What??? Then why did my rice bowl come out and NOT the onions rings. She gave me a measly $1.60 off. I returned the favor and gave her a $0.00 tip!!! RUDE!! I WILL NEVER DINE THERE AGAIN because of the server "Re"!! Server "Re" needs to go!!!!! We all Have bad days. Ive read the other reviews. I never leave a bad reveiw as I own a bar and restaurant myself. Yet, I need to be honest with this place and its food. First off, the people that worked there were very friendly and served me a great drink! Greeted me promptly at the desk. There were twice as many working as were Needed, it was not busy at all. The drink I had was served by a friendly bartender who seemed To Care about me.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD. The burger was raw snd they were out of fries, the mashed potatoes were cold though the plate was warm. Could not eat the food. The problem is whoever is managing this location does not know what they are doing at all. It is impossible to run out of syco fries, i know this to be true. And the mangers are NOT watching the food come out, a raw burger can not be cooked well if it is raw. They have you locked into the only bar upstairs at PNS, so you have to go there to get a drink. Go across to the chicken filet and just make do with that, then have a drink here. Again, decent bar, friendly staff, no not eat cooked food here. Absolute WORST management and dining experience I could’ve asked for. Came and was seated just fine and the server Rylan was amazing but that was about it. I’ll explain………

To start I ordered chicken tenders for the kids that looked like they were cooked in old grease when they came out..we ordered the dirty wings to start and sat for approximately 15 minutes before deciding to order mozzarella sticks. Another 15 minutes passes and the mozzarella sticks come out before my wings EVER come out. At this point I’m concerned but I try to remain optimistic considering I’m in this industry and I do understand cook times and prep times. ANOTHER 10 minutes passes and my server passes several times utterly confused as to why our wings never came out. After almost 45 minutes of waiting we finally get our wings and I ask the server to speak to the manager. The server comes back from the back with I QUOTE the manager saying “I’m too busy to talk to them I’m not coming out there.”
