Horrible experience! I walked in and nobody acknowledged me, despite the fact that there were at least 4-5 employees at the front who saw me walk in; still, not even a hello! I am a tourist in this area, and always come back and leave reviews and recommend to friends and family, but I will not tell anyone to go here! Seriously just save your money and go to another place. They totally ignored me, and I felt that I was ignored because I am a Hispanic woman! I say that because I saw how these people, all white employees no African American or Hispanics that I could see, treated other white customers that were walking in- they would say welcome and have a nice day etc, with a smile! But yet I, the Hispanic sitting in the corner, was ignored. They even gave me weird looks, I felt so bad. I had find my own menu on the desk because nobody offered me one. If they were nice I wouldn't care about the prices, but the prices are ridiculous for getting treated like crap. Everyone ignored me! Of all the restaurants in Pensacola, this is the only one which I hated. IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE, THEN DONT GO IN HERE! THEY IGNORED ME AND I SAW THE DIFFERENCE OF HOW THEY TREAT WHITE CUSTOMERS AND HISPANICS. My feelings were so hurt because I was just sitting there being ignored. And no they were not ridiculously busy enough to ignore a customer. I know when I'm being discriminated, and I was discriminated here at this pizzeria. And then...I saw how they would butter other customers pizza crust, but when they were boxing mine they did not and just threw it in the box! By the time I got to my room the box was all soft and flimsy because it was all wet and gooey. Really, by far the worse customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had one of the worst food dining experiences I've ever had at this restaurant. It was a party of 5 people. 3 adults and 2 children. Almost every single order was made wrong and the quality of the food was absolutely poor. 1 order was a childrens pepperoni pizza. They made a cheese pizza and we had to get that corrected. Another order was a chicken parmesan and we were given grilled chicken and spaghetti noodles. there was no cheese on it and we were never asked what type of chicken we would like since we had a choice on the menu between fried or grilled chicken. We order the grilled chicken pecan salad and we requested no tomatoes on it and 1 full chopped up tomato was diced all over it. Then the highlight of the experience was we ordered the Belushi burger. There was no cheese or any real hints of bacon even "stuffed" in the meat as the menu claims. The lettuce was laid underneath the meat which caused the lettuce to be soggy and utterly disgusting and the tomato was not properly sliced and just as soggy. The only compliment i can give is our waitress. She was extremely nice, though forgetful, i assume it was because she was running around. The staffing looked poor and the kitchen area that we can observe is not helpful and is the #1 cause of your poor food quality. I hope that i do hear back regarding this but i'm not getting my hopes up. I know the place has been there for a long time, but it needs upgraded and doesn't look within real quality standards of what a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe arrived first at open time 3:58pm. We had to wait 5mins no issue until the line to get inside was about 8 people deep. Hungry people waiting were frustrated. Eventually the door opened and when we walked inside we were being laughed at rather than a genuine welcome. (Maybe mocked for not pulling door hard enough? Not sure) regaurdless the staff stood there and just let us stand in the heat while laughing.
Ordered the meatball sub. They gave my mom a disgusting pathetic sandwich. It had 3 quarter sized meatballs and the bread was so gross she didn't eat it. Plates were smaller than portions.
Ordered a Gyro they forgot the feta, place wasn't busy for simple orders to get hangups.
Waitress asked about it.. but she was so afraid of her managers wrath (manager made the sandwich) that she couldn't offer anything but an apology š. We know the ex wife of the owner is the manager (It's not worth working in a place that treats you this way).
Place is fifthy, hole in the wall and staff are running around afraid of her with fake smiles.
Manager Sandy (Tyrant Manager) offered no apology and said 3 meatballs is how they come, I respond, with disgusting bread too? The staff looked ready to faint they are so afraid šØ of Manager Sandy to even offer proper correction or quality service. Manager Sandy just stood there, nothing else to say. We spent 65$
This place was uncomfortable to visit and enjoy.
Go to New York Deli across the street, Georgios is disgusting in service, taste, and...
