Starbucks — Restaurant in Peoria

The manager, (I wont mention his name), has 0 customer service and is extremely RUDE! He makes me feel uncomfortable and I know it’s not just me because I hear the same feed back from other people who will not go to this Starbucks when he is working because he also makes them uncomfortable!!!! Your job is customer service and if you cannot handle people then work elsewhere. He is not a good representation for your store. I simply asked him if I could show him my order on my phone, and his response,”NO, you can read it to me. I don’t like phones in my face!” And it was not in a nice tone!! Dude, you don’t look at your phone at home. Highly unlikely!!!!! Understandable, you don’t want phones in your face. I am a human and understand. The proper way to tell me, should’ve been,” I’m sorry, I don’t like phones in my face. Can you please read it to me?!” Of course, I understand. Also, upon walking up he has absolutely no greeting and just stares as if you’re imposing on him even though HES WORKING!!!!! I will never ever go back and this is not my first bad experience with him. He should go elsewhere. If he worked for my company he would not last!!! Clearly Starbucks in Safeway is short staffed and desperate for employees! Side note my coffee was tasty, pretty sure it was the girl...

I absolutely love Starbucks and come almost daily especially when they have the holiday drinks. I went to this location on the 21st of October attempting to order the PSL and was told that they are done serving pumpkin flavored drinks as they are making room for the new seasonal drinks launching Nov 2nd. I find this quite bizzare given Starbucks is still promoting their fall drinks everywhere. When I asked is it just this Starbucks or all of them I was told all of them as they are making room for the next seasons drinks. This is extremely disappointing especially when other coffee shops still have pumpkin. I did end up trying alternate Starbucks location later in week and they did still have pumpkin thankfully. Will not go to this Starbucks...

I have lived in Vistancia for the past year and still have yet to come out with a good experience from this Starbucks. They never have enough people working. There is always someone new who had no idea what is going on. And you will wait for 10 minutes for your drink.. along with 7 other annoyed people. I stopped at Safeway to grab a quick breakfast and thought to give them one more try. Not worth it. In the middle of a rush a new employee was getting trained on my drink. She spilled some of it.
