KFC — Restaurant in Pequannock Township

I will try my best to reach the owner of this store. On door dash it said they were waiting for KFC to confirm my order. We called KFC to see if they received it. They claimed they didn’t. We then cancelled the order and placed a new order and called them back. No call was answered. This was at 9:30PM. We checked door dash and they had declined the order. I’d like to speak to the owner of the franchise and have him know that his employee (person with Indian accent) is declining to work and eating up profits. I’m willing to take this review off under the right circumstances. Otherwise, this franchise can be marked off my go-to list. As well as go on my influence page. Good luck...

If I can give it zero stars I would. I will never order from this location again!! First time getting food from this location too. So many things wrong with my order: Mac n cheese taste sour, chicken was supposed to be extra crispy. It was the complete opposite. It had so much oil it broke through the box. Chicken every where! Wings looked as if they were sitting out all day. The manager had the nerve to say he just made them. The lemonade was extremely sour. Couldn’t even drink it. Spent 41$ and threw everything out! Don’t waste your time...

Chicken small pieces. soggy..and extremely expensive compare to Poppyes restaurants.. Ordered a 12 piece w 3 sides came out to over $50.. The same order atPoppyes would have been $36... The food is not what it use to be. .. Get better chicken bigger pieces and larger sides for less at Poppyes or Even Roy Roger's.. Sorry. But true.. Better off at Poppyes or Roy's . They still maintain higher standards and customer service. KFCs quality and standards has gone down hill in the past couple of years... It's Poppyes or Roy's for me...
