Update 8/27/25: Milton, the owner called us and offered us a ten dollar gift card and said that he would talk to the staff. We stopped by last night to grab the ten dollar gift card and place an order. The gal that took our order did not respond to us until we said.Hello, multiple times and then she said, please pull forward in perfect english. When we got to the window, she just stared at us and then started talking to us in very bad broken spanish/ english. We were very polite. Then, she started busting up laughing and walked away. Another gal came to the window and finished ringing us up. Then, the first gal came back to the window and said, oh, sorry, my english isn't very good. And she continued laughing. It was clear that they were screwing around or playing a prank on us, which was highly unprofessional. I am so disappointed to say the least. Milton, if you see this, I would like a call back. It is clear that this is not just a one time thing.Every time we have been to this store, we have been met with the worst service ever.

Read moreI echo all the other 1-star reviews! I’ve always loved going to DQ for my weekly blizzard fix and I’m from Layton so I’d always go to the one down there. Although last time I went to the Layton one they messed up my easy order. Now that I’m living up in Logan this location is the closest (build one in Logan, come on!) Service was great 3 years ago but ever since I moved back up here in the fall, every experience I’ve had there has been awful. No matter what day or time I go the employees are always rude and unpleasant, no customer service skills whatsoever. My favorite Oreo blizzard always has like 5 Oreos in the whole thing, and when I ask for “extra” Oreos (just to get what should be the normal amount) they either charge me extra or give me sass and act like it was a ridiculous request. Not to mention they jacked up their prices for their blizzards. Now a medium is $7 for mostly vanilla ice cream. Rip off! Also their app is a joke and you can only use one reward per visit👎🏼 Also their chicken strip basket that’s supposed to come with Texas toast was literally two slices of bread, not toasted at all😝 Sadly I think all DQs are going downhill and are probably gonna go out of business soon if they don’t start making...
Read moreI was there on Saturday night July 23rd, 2022 at 9:20 pm. I was waiting in the drive thru. There were 5 cars ahead of me. I made it to the order board and at 9:55 when someone came over the speaker and said we are closed, bye. I said what was that? The person did not respond. I waited for the car ahead of me to get their food and I pulled up to the window. I was ignored for about 3 minutes. Finally a young man came to the window and said we are closed. I said I waited in line for over 30 minutes and you will not take my order, or you could not have come out and told me you are closing? Is all he said in response was I can't take your order and closed the window on me. By this time, there were not many options to buy food being it was 10pm. The customer service was horrible. I was disrespected by this person and the other employees and as I watched through the window, the workers were playing around. I have never been treated like this by any other fast food restaurant. I will never go there again. I will stay with the Kaysville, Utah and Layton, Utah...
