Rosa's Deli — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

The food is great don’t get me wrong, but they are so unprofessional, it’s ridiculous. You place an order over the phone they place you on hold multiple times, then your food finally arrives, cold and not even what you asked for. I called back to say It was the wrong order and they had the audacity to tell me i never placed It when the woman on the phone repeated the order back to me and mentioned the missing food. I will not be coming back here, this happens several times and I’m over It. I’ll find a better taco place with better service. Company staff (5 people) ordered. What they brought was completely wrong, our receipt shows we paid. Although WE OPENED the food up and it was sitting on our desk the delivery driver took it back since it was incorrect... During COVID are you really that unethical and cheap that you take food back to deliver to someone else!!!! The delivery driver came back again missing 2 orders. After 1.5 hours we called and Rosa's wouldn't make things right and REFUSED to bring us the additional orders but would refund the 2 orders that we didn't receive. Rosa's is my go-to eatery when in town. Don't be fooled by the "Deli" part of the name. This place serves delicious breakfast, lunch AND dinner. This little gem is like a jack of all trades and master of ALL. From a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, grilled chicken club, or even rice pork chops and tostones, Rosa's Deli for you covered!
