Salsa Perucha — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

Arroz con mariscos is absolutely out of this world. Part of the dish is ceviche, which is epic, and the other half of the dish is shellfish cooked in with yellow rice. The flavor is incredible, and the portion is enough for two meals.

We / my company have only ordered from here through GrubHub at least a half dozen times over the past year. I cannot speak to the restaurant itself or service because it was always delivery, but we have done larger delivery orders for 8-12 people and have never had an issue which is impressive.

When we arrived around 4pm, it was very empty. We had a party of 5 and were seated at a tabke for 4, and had to pull up a chair to accommodate us. We ordered a side order of white rice and a whole chicken which came with salad and fries. The food came out fairly quickly, but there was not enough room on the table for all of the plates and dishes. The chicken was your typical rotisserie style chicken, nothing out of this world. Incomplete order and wings aren't fresh. When I called to complain, I was told that the wings were exactly 2 orders just like I had ordered (2 in 1 special) I had only received 12 wings so that means that 1 order comes with only 6 wings?! The last time that I ordered wings I had 12 of them for myself and it was just 1 order. I was looking to have 2 orders of 12 wings based on the last visit.
