Wendy's — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

Update today is November 9th. I wish cities can vote out chains because this chain can care less about the community. Like for how bad the food consistently is. You guys are just like a really bad company and honestly you don't deserve this spot. It's a beautiful location and you guys are minting off of People who put their trust in. It's such a busy location they have enough business to get first-time diners and I highly doubt any return diners. Sadly for me it is a location right next to my house. I wonder if the CEO Wendy will ever see this. Or would ever care. I'm so sick of billion dollar companies taking advantage of all of us. If you see this post just don't go to them like do yourself and do us a favor. They don't deserve your business

Apparently this below post was written a year ago it feels like it was written yesterday but they did the same thing again. This time it's my fault because I went back. It was late night and the worst part is I'm actually inebriated so anything should taste good. I was so hungry hungry I tried it again. How hard is it to cook chicken nuggets people just like put it in the fryer but welcome to America.

To the CEO of Wendy's you don't deserve that job or this amazing location. You guys could be making 3X 10 X even. I implore the mayor of Perth Amboy. Kick this ungrateful corporation out please. Any local business would be grateful to have such a beautiful location. This place doesn't care. I sincerely hope your office likes this. I really really despise the fact that this messaging can't get directly in front of the right people. One day!

The disgusting level of undercooked chicken you gave today is a health hazard. I just don’t understand what is going on over there. I know hospitality is hurting so getting qualified staffing is tough but how hard can it really be to fry some chicken nuggets?? Like you’re probably one of the busiest locations I’ve ever seen. Make a business case to the public of why you consistently take advantage of our generosity to come back to you yet consistently you can’t deliver quality food. I just don’t understand how difficult it really is to put together a chicken asiago sandwich. Or properly even cook that patty. It’s disgusting what I just opened up. Literally health hazard. Like get one of your customers really sick with salmonella one of these days it’s happened to me with another location of yours in Piscataway 10 years back. I don’t know what your area manager is doing as far as quality control but that’s our position you need to consider rehiring for!! Thank you Wendy’s for proving to the rest of America that you’ll consistently take advantages of them in hard times but don’t really care to show them your appreciation as a corporate evil giant. Also I’ve noticed that you might be delivering the nuggets frozen to each one of these locations but they’re not putting it in the freezer in time because I can tell it’s dethawed and then re-frozen and then fried again. Like fire managers fire them all. It ain’t hard to put some nuggets...

The workers are great and amzing and so nice but theres this one guy i believe hes a manager and his name is stevie or steve and has an accent he is very very disrespectful towards his employees and towards customer, i was behind someone on drive thru and i heard him shouting at the person that was ordering all because he couldnt hear him and instead of asking politlely can you speak up,also when i get to the window i see him yelling at an old guy thats taking the orders on drive thru. I come here all the time and its always something new with that guy hes either yelling at his employees or he just walks around and complains about stuff around him instead of fixing it when the employees are working there butt off when the line is huge and this guy stevie or steve is just standing at the corner with his hands on his hips. He is the only reason im going to stop coming to wendys because he is very disrespectful, & lazy, also 2 employees told me hes a pervert and he goes in his office and watch sports also if u go at night he smells like liquor from time to time. Im writing this because ive had enough of him and i find is so unfair that the employees and the customers have to deal with such a person & im hoping something will happen to this guy with this post, its sad how a company can let a guy like this be a manager. Also only reason why im giving this place a 2 stars instead of a 1 is because the employees are amzing...

Horrible place. They need to hire people who really wants to work. They have a bunch of young people who are very disrespectful and nasty attitude. I was missing one plain cheeseburger and when I approached the young man who brought the food to the car, he took the bag and brought it right back and told me to take a better look because everything was in there, I told him that I have already looked inside and he cut me off and told he was busy and couldn't help me. I stepped out the car and went into the store, to my surprise there were other customers with the same issue(missing items from their orders). I went to the cash register girl to ask her if I can have my missing burger, she came at me and said that she wasn't trying to fight. Like what? I'm just asking for my food that I paid for. Then she went to the back n asked someone to make the burger and they all started to talk a whole bunch of disrespectful things in Spanish, I'm like "hey I'm standing right here and spanish is my main language" they dont care. They need to get rid of those...
