This review went to the bottom of the list for some reason unlike several glowing reviews from a year ago or more. Let's just say perhaps there's been a change in management or enthusiasm since then. I found the service inattentive and lackluster, the server intent on personal conversation with a friend instead. The entree was served with a piece of leaf lettuce way beyond edible (clearly black areas of wilt and deterioration). One of the few restaurants open for Labor Day. Went there for breakfast, there appeared to be only one waitress on duty but she was amazing, she was kind, on the ball and even though it was busy she was calm and collected. The price of food for breakfast was reasonable. I got one of their cinnamon rolls and wow it's huge and delicious. I also got the gravy and biscuits (they have a smaller portion size, love that) and I won't say it's as good as some fastfood places, I did eat it all. Overall a great experience. ...

Typical small town diner nice cozy atmosphere food was excellent! Service lacked a little only 2 ladies were working one taking orders and the other cooking. The waitress took awhile to come take my order only 3 people besides myself were there then when the cook called that my food was ready the waitress kept washing dishes for around 10 minutes then still did a few other things before grabbing my meal.
